I highly recommend the Wallace Barbeque Company. I noticed the food truck which was located in a local parking lot today and decided to stop by to see what offerings they provided on their menu. I was extremely impressed with the actual quality of their food as the food as very delicious, they offered generous portion sizes, the prices were very reasonable and the staff showed great professionalism. Based upon my personal experience today, I would highly recommend that if you looking for great BBQ in the Dumfries, Virginia area you should consider giving Wallace Barbeque Co. a try.

Stopped here on a whim and loved the brisket, pull apart tender with excellent slaw on the side. Plus, fair prices for the amount of food. Recommend stopping here if you are driving by.

This Bbq is juicy, flavorful, and tender..... easily the best BBQ in northern Virginia if not Virginia. ive had alot of BBQ in my life from down south to those in Virginia who "say" theirs is the best but this place is the real deal.
