I highly recommend the Wallace Barbeque Company. I noticed the food truck which was located in a local parking lot today and decided to stop by to see what offerings they provided on their menu. Stopped here on a whim and loved the brisket, pull apart tender with excellent slaw on the side. Plus, fair prices for the amount of food. Recommend stopping here if you are driving by.
Food truck located here on saturdays, good food, and friendly family. Can get busy, wait times can get a long depending on crowd.
