This place is not what you would think. Unique and charming. Older type of place but the service was great and food was great. The food I feel is true to what they say fresh. Came three hours away to try this place. Was not disappointed. Differently will be going back to try something else on the menu. Here is a update on menu 2026.
As travelers we have stayed at a local campground in Edinburg over the years. This was our first visit to the Edinburg Mill restaurant. I was drawn in by the history of the building and I was not disappointed.

Ordered the 10 oz steak medium. They cooked it more MW but it was still really good.
I got greens and they had zero seasoning but they were cooked good and they were edible lol. And I got the grits. Loved the grits. They were super thick and creamy.
