We had Shaffers Cater for our wedding. The food was great! We did a tasting prior to selecting them and got to meet Georgia, Debbie, and Billy. They were all kind people who worked with us to plan the perfect wedding meal. As a vegetarian bride, I was a bit worried about going with a BBQ place but they make AMAZING vegetables! Have been coming here for years. Not sure I'll be back again. The BBQ has slipped big time here and this is what they were known for as far as I am concerned. The Chicken Salad is still good though. The cookies they sell are supposedly homemade and if they are then homemade has really changed. Had the Choc Chip yesterday and it was kind of like eating cookies from the Walmart store. There is still some good here but employees ignoring you when you come in is different...
