Today, I ordered online. I wanted a cheese pizza. When it was delivered, it had jalapeños, so I called to get it swapped out. Apparently I mistakenly hit the button on the website. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so kind and sent me a cheese pizza even though I got what I ordered. The delivery driver was amazing as well. Thanks for the excellent customer service! You made this pregnant woman's night!
Brought my daughter to the Elkton location for dinner this evening and everything was phenomenal. Kelsey made the BEST pizza I've had in years and Kerris over the top service added much more to this visit. All around a great experience. Thanks!
Past experiences with past managers at this location have not always been the greatest, but in the last little while management (Chemae) has changed and has been so much better. Tanya who’s been there for a bit has been great and has always been working very hard and going above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy as well as trying to please her bosses and working over her expectations. Would recommend this store!
