Horrid experience! I got a gift card in April for my friends birthday and she went there for dinner on her special day. They would not honor the gift card because their system was down and made no effort to do it manually. I called a few days later asking for a refund...after 6 phone calls and an email to the General manager I got no response! ZERO. horrendous service.... rude waitress... save your time and money and eat elsewhere
Went quite some time ago and had a bad experience. Two of us went back tonight for dinner. Not too crowded. Seated in the back room with just a few others. Waited for a good 5 min maybe and another table of 4 was seated beside us. Waited some more. The waitress came in and went to the table of 4. Took the drink and food order and walked away.
