Stopped in here on a whim and so glad that we did. It was the best subway has ever tasted and we received the best service of any quick grab spot. Kathy was so welcoming and attentive. She was handling the front alone and making sure the customers had all that they needed. The store was also super clean which I’ve never experienced in other subways. Thanks again Kathy! This will be our new pit stop on the way up to massanutten.

The 2 women (Kathy and Emily) who worked there are by far the friendliest , most customer service oriented people I have met! They were so friendly and helpful when it came to helping my family and I order, and the sandwiches and pizza they made were delicious! Whenever we are back in the area we will definitely come again, and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great sandwich/pizza with amazing customer service!

Nothing like a virtually meatless and cheese-less All American Sub! Couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw a translucent ham slice. I could see through it. The worst excuse for a sub I have ever eaten! Advice:if you order to go, check your sandwich before you leave!

The bread was the freshest I’ve ever had! We ordered build your own subs with the rotisserie chicken and they were delicious! The service was amazing especially since they were dealing with some senior citizens who couldn’t make up their minds lol.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in the subway was a giant flooded puddle through half the store. I also noticed the 20th different group of employees I've seen since the last 3 times I've been there, and they were still short on employees! One of the workers had gloves on then took a pair off and started touching up our food! Also, there was some cheese mixed with all the steak (cross contamination). The vegetables looked like they have been there for months!

We came in to eat this evening and they on had two people working that was very slow. All they did was tell us how slammed and how much money the today. You need one person doing online orders and two helping the customers.

My family and I stopped here on our way to do some errands, and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED!! As a matter of fact, we were so blown away with our experience that we have a renewed love for Subway. The facilities were clean, Brayden and Ashley were our sandwich artists, and the sandwiches they made were PHENOMONAL. Everything was measured perfectly, our orders were handled patiently as we made a couple changes during the creation process. The veggies were fresh, Brayden toasted our bread to perfection! It was that perfect crunch, but not to the point that your bread is a cracker. The sauces weren't drenched on like other Subways, and it was just as picturesque as an ad. I kid you not. The restrooms were clean, the whole place was well kept. We returned to give them a tip and thank them! We will definitely be returning to eat here when we are running our errands again.
