Yesterday the sandwich artist making my sub put ONLY 6 olives on my sub. Literally counted them. I took it as a personal affront but I was informed that this is a policy of that store so I guess it’s more likely the owners screwing the Elkton community while charging exorbitant prices. They had no lettuce. I’m pretty sure one of the ppl working was either sick or getting sick. I asked if he was ok and was told the owner required a doctor’s note to call out sick or you get fired. This for a minimum wage job AND for food service?! The time I’d gone before they had their toaster oven down for months. With this poor sick kid and his coworker who is making me a “bare minimum” sub based on the owner’s policy, I felt like a was being overcharged for a sandwich being made in the galley of some kind of slave ship or a sweat shop! Supporting this subway is tantamount to supporting poor work conditions for families in the valley and low quality food for a high cost while there are several authentic Italian sub or deli sandwich restaurants within a reasonable range. Do the right thing and avoid this place, if not for the community, for yourself. You’d thank me if you only knew the “bullet” you’d dodged, and the kids working there would thank you if this helps improve their working conditions.

The Manager Kathy was Amazing. She works so hard and was so polite. Made sure we got everything we asked for. She was so up beat and energetic and had a smile on her face the whole time she was waiting on us. What an excellent manager and employee.Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is more like a ramp making it easier for people with disabilities to access the restaurant.

Terrible service and you would think as much money as they charge for a sandwich they could buy a new toaster oven thats been broke since 1903, it's ridiculous and got a steak sub today and the steak was still frozen after they put it in the

Service is hit and miss. Also the last three times I've been (for about 3 months now) the toaster has been down. Yeah you can get a sub heated but then the bread is very tough.

Server was very unsociable. Husband asked about sandwich because menu had changed and server just started fixing a sandwich. She appeared to be in a hurry and didn’t have time to serve him, but there was no one in line. Very unfriendly. And then when he checked out the cashier asked her how much and she said “full price”. The "new" menu is actually pretty good. Supreme meats is my favorite but the meatball was excellent as well. When I first started ordering sandwiches here, they were pretty good. But after a while, the staff seemed to disregard requests for "less" sauces, meaning when I pick my sandwiches up these days, theyre usually soggy and drowning in mayo or whatever else.
