They laughed at my name and the food took awfully long even serving the person behind me before myself! 1 star
It was my first time at this location. The steak bites were tender but not juicy. They were ok, but not good enough to order them again. The curly fries were good.

online orders using the app is very helpful
Make sure you check your order. I ordered the Reuben had more bread than meat. I only ate the meat and did so in 3 bites.

Online hours are inaccurate. Hours on door say open 24hrs. I just walked in at 1033pm and was told they are in the middle of shift change and it would be 11pm before they could take my order.

Stopped for lunch. That's the was the biggest, freshest Arby's sandwich we've had in a while. The staff was friendly and just as sweet as they could be. I didn't their names. Sunday, July 6 about 1pm. Blonde at the register was super and the nice girl that brought the order out.

I'm just getting around to writing this review, but here goes. I stopped in with my 12 and 10 year old children and ordered our food, needless to say they were a bit slow and it wasn't busy but it was okay I understood perhaps they had new employees. One of the workers named Desiree started complaining unnecessarily about how long it was taking and then when the food was ready she jerked the bag and basically threw it at us and said have a good day in a frustrated tone. I have never seen such bad customer service. My kids were in disbelief and said they never want to go to an Arby's anymore. If that's how Arby's employees act then I don't want to visit another one either. I don't want anyone to lose their job but this person deserves to lose their job. She was in a mental health crisis. Reminds me of someone who uses drugs or lost a child. Goodness!

I had an utterly disappointing experience at Arby’s during a recent road trip. I ordered a beef brisket sandwich and a gyro to go, expecting a quick and accurate meal. When they called my name, I grabbed the bag and headed back to my truck, only to discover later down the road that I was given pork sandwiches and fries instead. I don’t eat pork, so this wasn’t just a mistake—it was completely unacceptable and made the meal unusable. The fact that the order was so blatantly wrong makes me question if this was intentional. Do you disregard dietary restrictions for Muslim customers, or was I singled out? This kind of error feels like a betrayal of trust, and I’m left wondering how many other customers were shortchanged or misled that day. The lack of attention to detail and basic respect for customers’ needs is appalling. I won’t be returning to Arby’s, and I’d caution others to double-check their orders if they risk dining here.

I had to wait longer then 20 minutes this time 2 days ago I had to wait 35 minutes the women offered us a frie for the wait that we had and then all the sudden we was not allowed to have it. Not only that but it was the worst experience ever they are rude and hateful I won't be back there again

Arby's is supposed to be fresh meats. And to deep fry a frozen hamburger patty is just disgusting.
