“This is THE subway to stop at on I-81. Super friendly staff, and they really really are giving you the best bang for your buck.

The Manager, Tiffany, is awesome, and very honest. I asked for 2 cookies, was told they have a deal for 3, and was given an additional cookie just because I was curious about the taste.

And Lav, the all star sandwich maker! He made sure that my sandwich was perfect. Got fresh ingredients, let me sample things i was curious about, and came through with the hook up.

“Mama Maria's is now our favorite Salem Restaurant. We were gone from this area for over 22 years and recently moved back here after retiring. I have tried a lot of Italian Restaurants, but none of them match up to this one (except maybe one in NY). Since we re-found this, we have returned at least once per week since our return. Everything is freshly made and delicious. The red sauce (or gravy) is the real thing. The flavor is perfect. It is not spaghetti and meatballs. Portions are large enough to share, salads are fresh, bread comes prior to meal with 3 dipping oils which require finishing, (bread is homemade and melts in your mouth). Senior meals for people old like me are perfect size and generous, they come with choice of side salad or soup. If you happen to be there on crab bisque day...do not miss it!!! Atmosphere is clean and not crowded, Service is efficient and friendly, and it is a great value for your money!”

“Me and my husband got a #1 key west club sub a couple days ago , it was made by a nice gentleman and it was one of the best subs we have ever had! We had never got anything other than the yummy icecream but the food is fantastic too!”
