This location is easily the worst BK I've ever Ben in. Filthy bathrooms, almost no service (order on the kiosk only), ad a staff that clearly does not want to be there. I recommend avoiding this Burger King.

Went in to order biscuits at 9am, ordered them on the kiosk due to a sign telling you to. Ordered the biscuits waited for about 7 minutes before the manager stated they did not have biscuits. Asked for a refund from the manager and he was silent and walked away without saying anything. I said excuse me thinking he didn’t hear me and he got an attitude and said loudly can you give me a minute I’m the only manager here. Mind you there was no communication that he needed time or anything was even said he just walked away. I said yes of course then it took him 15 minutes to end up giving me cash which was short. I ended up just leaving but it was a very rude and uncomfortable situation.

This was not a good place to eat but I had my kids and it was raining. The staff didn't greet us coming in, one of the workers was standing there at the end of the counter on his phone my husband said the table was dirty no one moved to wipe it. I asked the person on the phone can I get a clean rag to clean the table he didn't even try to come do it or send anyone to do it for me. The bathrooms was horrible black mold everywhere and the building is literally falling apart. The food was the only thing decent. But that will be my last time going to this location and I truly hope no one gets sick including us going there.

The service was poor they took old whopper jr and removed onion and pickle instead of making fresh one I'm allergic to onion they made a big mistake! Employee's standing around eating ice cream while taking my order. Bathrooms disgusting.

The food was fine. However the bathrooms were absolutely horrendous. We were there in the early morning, garbage was overflowing, no toilet paper on the roll and placed on the floor. Nothing was working. I’d never recommended.

The food was sub par - cold fries and burger. The dining room was filthy, the kitchen looked just as bad and the bathrooms were terrible. Dining area and cashier area were overrun with flies. You get the feeling the owner has completely given up. Burger King corporate obviously doesn't care either, or do store visits or assessments. I feel bad for the employees.

Terrible customer service. I order on the app i was unable to change my drink. So i told them and they tried to make me pay extra. I was not upsizing a drink so unfortunately i left with no drinks even though i paid for it‼️‼️ and its dirty, employees on their phones wires hanging out the ceiling and etccc. Plus i use to work at manager at burger king and this was unacceptable just wasted my money!! I left this morning very upset. 9:30 at 7/8 your employees were horrible
