We were just at Chick Fil A in Emporia, VA. As we were walking out of the restaurant to our vehicle the fry bag ripped and spilled the food across the parking lot. Jason Riddle was walking to his vehicle to leave as this happened and saw it. He immediately jumped in to help and fix it even though it was not anyone’s fault but our own. He did not have to go out of his way and he did. Super helpful and extremely nice. Thank you, Jason!
Love our new Chick-fil-A.. Great Food and Service... beautiful building and everyone so friendly.. we are sooo blessed!❤

Chick-fil-A offers fresh food, with a chicken sandwich that tasted fresh. Service is friendly, making it a good stop for a road trip. While some locations have a play area for kids, which is preferred by some, others have removed them for more seating. There can be long waits for to-go orders, but managers may offer coupons. One reviewer experienced very helpful and extremely nice service when a fry bag ripped, spilling food.
