Placed a delivery order and was sent a text at 7:19 that the driver was on the way with my order..at 8:07 driver still hadn't showed up with my order so I called to the store to see what was the hold up and no one ever answered the phone..after waiting for 14 minutes my boyfriend drove up to the store and received very nasty treatment with no apologies just excuses...tonight was the first time in 7 years I've every received such terrible service from this company..when my boyfriend...read full review

Placed an order at 7:23 pm. Called 45 min after placing order was on hold for 10 min litterally b4 hanging up and calling back 10 min later. They finally answered and told me delivery guy just left with 3 orders and I would be the next order when he returned. It is now 2 hours and 3 min since I placed the order. Have called 5 times been on hold this time for 5 min 30 seconds. Can't even cancel the order. Had pizza delivered from another domino's outside of Emporia and their delivery...read full review

This Domino’s is very, very slow. Each step on the tracker from the app took about 20-30 minutes. We tried calling and were unable to speak with anyone. It was supposed to be for delivery, but it took my boyfriend going to go get it for them to even begin our order. Once we received the pizza, it was lukewarm with raw pizza dough. The toppings were not cooked. The cheese was not melted. I would not recommend this as a quick bite to eat or as a delivery option.
