I'll say I think it was clean however they left bleach on the toilet seat my chicken fingers were tiny and probably sat out forever because they looked and tasted like plastic would not recommend
I was definitely excited especially driving from Florida and I saw this off the exit 11A, only to be saddened because the smoked sausage biscuit with temporarily unavailable I was told. Then I asked for light biscuits for the two biscuits that I did order, and they were as dark as my skin no pun intended. I understand fast food is fast food so it's hit or miss however when it's not that busy and a customer comes in, I would think simple instructions could be followed but maybe...read full review

Based on the reviews, Hardee's has mixed experiences. The service can be unbelievably slow with a ridiculous wait time, and the staff can be inattentive, understaffed, and show no sense of customer service. Some food, like the Frisco breakfast sandwich and biscuits, was hard as a rock from being prepped under a heater too long. One milkshake was 3/4 full with more whip cream than milkshake. However, other experiences were excellent. The food was fresh, hot, and good. One cashier and server named Z. Brown did an amazing job balancing a busy dinner shift and absolutely shined with incredible customer service skills. The people in another establishment were the epitome of hospitable. Overall, the quality depends heavily on the specific location and staff.
