One of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had at Hardee's. “Fast food” clearly means nothing here. The service is unbelievably slow, the staff is inattive, and the wait time is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The people in this establishment is the epitome of hospitable. The food was fresh hot and good i wish there was a Hardee's in Nj because its better than the sister company Checkers.
This location was excellent we stopped about 1 hour earlier in Rocky Mount at 7047 NC 4 and it was absolutely terrible when we walked in there was eight people in line five of which were waiting for their order on the left hand side. three in front of us were waiting to order we waited nearly 15 minutes before those three people finally got to place their order and at that point I decided to leave. very nice people working there but understaffed and no sense of customer service...
