I was definitely excited especially driving from Florida and I saw this off the exit 11A, only to be saddened because the smoked sausage biscuit with temporarily unavailable I was told. Then I asked for light biscuits for the two biscuits that I did order, and they were as dark as my skin no pun intended. I understand fast food is fast food so it's hit or miss however when it's not that busy and a customer comes in, I would think simple instructions could be followed...
One of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had at Hardee's. “Fast food” clearly means nothing here. The service is unbelievably slow, the staff is inattive, and the wait time is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The people in this establishment is the epitome of hospitable. The food was fresh hot and good i wish there was a Hardee's in Nj because its better than the sister company Checkers.
