Placed a delivery order and was sent a text at 7:19 that the driver was on the way with my order..at 8:07 driver still hadn't showed up with my order so I called to the store to see what was the hold up and no one ever answered the phone..after waiting for 14 minutes my boyfriend drove up to the store and received very nasty treatment with no apologies just excuses...tonight was the first time in 7 years I've every received such terrible service from this company..when my boyfriend told the associate he was calling corporate about the bad service the associate nonchalantly said ok..so my boyfriend at this point just asked for the order to be canceled and the money to be refunded...tonight is my last night dealing with this company

Placed an order at 7:23 pm. Called 45 min after placing order was on hold for 10 min litterally b4 hanging up and calling back 10 min later. They finally answered and told me delivery guy just left with 3 orders and I would be the next order when he returned. It is now 2 hours and 3 min since I placed the order. Have called 5 times been on hold this time for 5 min 30 seconds. Can't even cancel the order. Had pizza delivered from another domino's outside of Emporia and their delivery area. Indo not recommend this domino's to anyone. They r very very rude. They need some serious Profesional training.

This Domino’s is very, very slow. Each step on the tracker from the app took about 20-30 minutes. We tried calling and were unable to speak with anyone. It was supposed to be for delivery, but it took my boyfriend going to go get it for them to even begin our order. Once we received the pizza, it was lukewarm with raw pizza dough. The toppings were not cooked. The cheese was not melted. I would not recommend this as a quick bite to eat or as a delivery option.

Using bare hands to do cheese cleaning up counters and throwing cheese back in container touching face touching cheese. No gloves . Super unsanitary.Ordered online didn't pay and they would have let us walk our with free pizza if we weren't honest

Absolutely trash. Delivery driver took 45 minutes to make a 5 minutes away delivery. Pizza came cold, box was soggy, and she reeked like weed. Absolutely garbage service. Don’t get delivery from here.

The worst service ever. We are gluten sensitive and we ordered gluten-free pizza. Our order was replaced by the regular pizza and the staff did not even notify us. We have noticed last minute. This is a life-threatening situation.

This dominos sucks. I order through the app and they scam me out of the “free pizza if not out by two minutes feature” by stopping the timer and then not giving me my pizza. I’ve ordered here multiple times and every time I have to wait over 30 minutes for 2 med pizzas. They have dropped pizzas multiple times and told me that I had to wait even longer for them to be remade. They also consistently drown pizzas in marinara sauce to the point its near inedible.
