I was not impressed by the food I received. My waitress was not very friendly or attentive. The best part was the gift shop.

walked in got seated immediately. Then ordered food. It took 33 minutes to get our food. And was told that the chicken my wife ordered took 30 minutes to cook. Watching other people get there food (fried chicken). Not happy. I will not come back to this cracker barrel.
Very unhappy

Food delicious. Staff were on point. Especially the ones that brought our food to the table and came back to check on us and our waitress were awesome.

Driest dumplings I've ever tried to eat! Service was barely ok. Not busy but I see why!

Stopped here for dinner and found it okay but a little disappointed. They actually ran out of some of the food selections which never happened before. The store section was space and didn't have much to offer. But the food ordered was as good as we've always had.

Service was extremely slow, unprofessional staff, food not prepared properly, using substitute foods, chairs hard. Need an overhaul period. Management & owner changes need to revamp training.

It was before 7am when I arrived, which was perfect for my visit to Emporia. Cracker Barrel will always be my favorite breakfast stop while traveling. Uncle Herschel's platter is my favorite menu item. However this location was out of catfish, to my surprise trout was available as the alternative. Have been wanting for a very long time to try trout just have never got around to it, have never caught one as an avid fisherman. I had the most wonderful breakfast and thank you cracker barrel for giving me the chance to finally try trout. ❤️🙏
Overall food was good. Eggs overcooked a bit.

Very disappointed. The chicken was dry and stringy. Baked Potato was hard and no chives on it. Waited half the time for cornbread which was tasteless when we got it. No silverware or napkins till after the food. Definitely try skipping this place.
