The girl that took our order was rude. Even though we was waiting patiently to have our order taken. I was paying with cash and the girl told me she didn't know if she had the correct change to give back. Because she didn't know what was in that draw. Really people. If you didn't want to take our order just tell me that your dining room is closed.

Not exactly the best experience. We'd been traveling and decided to stop for shakes. She didn't seem too enthused to take our order and wasn't very friendly. I hate talking bad but I work in customer service back home (I serve ice cream, go figure) and I wasn't a happy customer. I got chocolate, mom strawberry, dad vanilla. Their milkshakes were fine, but mine was 3/4 full when I received it and I feel like it had more whip cream than milkshake. Me and my mom don't like confrontation so we didn't mention it but on the way back out I heard the worker say that she was ready to go. (That's what it sounded like.)
I hate making milkshakes too, but when people pay good money for their dessert I make sure they get what they paid for. This happened September 14th, around 2:30 or a little before (it was 2:30 when we got into our truck after receiving the shakes, and I took the photos and videos as soon as I got in.)

Went to the drive through wait wasn’t bad at all. As for the hamburger it’s as it was sitting there over night bread was dried out as for the burger was completely cold. The fries were also cold and the sweet tea was stank. I definitely will not be returning here ! It’s fast food not hard to get it right but the employees just wanna not do the job I’m guessing

Set at the order panel 10 minutes after I was told I’ll be with you, then got to the window another 10 minutes with only one car in parking lot. Not sure why it took so long with no one dining in same went for the car behind me
Everything time I go to this Hardee's. There is a table of old guys. Who i can the wise old men. You can learn a lot from these men. They have been around and are full of wisdom.
