McDonalds is really going downhill. No matter the location, the food is always cold, tasteless and difficult to digest. Most McCafe machines don't work even if they have the items available on the menu in the automatic ordering system. Three strikes, they're out for our family.

Definitely the best service and personnel hired here. Shawn is personable, cares for people and is truly a blessing and a breath of fresh air. He is kind, generous and the food was delicious, hot and made to perfection. Don't know who needs to be told, but he is a great hire and deserves a raise, promotion and all the blessings.

my girlfriend just got out of the hospital today and she was craving fries from mcdonalds. thats all she wanted. we ordered a large fry and we were given the equivalent of a medium fry in a large box (see pictures included) also, i came and ordered earlier in lane 2 of the drive thru and 5-10 cars ordered in lane 1 before the SAME employee took my order which means she was intentionally skipping lane 2… which caused another customer to drive around my vehicle and proceed directly to the window before i even got the chance to talk to an employee over the drive thru speaker.

This place never has frappes! Their lazy in this McDonald's in emporia, like all the McDonald's in this area, lazy, don't clean, and no respect for the customers! If you don't wanna work then stay at home! McDonald's is the worst fast food place around here. I don't go anymore bc it's a dirty restaurant with everything being out, or being cleaned all day. Worst McDonald's period

Absolutely awful! Waited 30 min for a mobile order. Went inside and had to deal with horrible customer service.

The customer service is awful! They don’t look at the drive through camera to see who arrives first to the speakers. I pulled up and was told they would be with me shortly because there was several cars in the line waiting for their food. I waited 10 min at the outside speaker. In the interim 2 cars pulled to the inside speaker and they were serviced before me. I said hello many times with no response to try to get their attention. I waited a couple min after those 2 cars were serviced and they never came back to my speaker to take my order. This happens all the time. It’s ridiculous and then I had to go inside and they offer no apology and just look at you like you got 5 heads. This place needs to do better! When you walk inside you can see the drive through camera on the screen so there is no excuse!

They can't even get an egg McMuffin order right. They changed the price from what they initially stated, but then again you can't even understand them because they mumble when they talk. Stop giggling and do your job.
