Went there today round 10:40 pm. Yeah there was a wait for the drive thru but the guy taking my order was nice & ALL my food was fresh. NO fries that been out under the heat lamp for a while. Glad this McDonald’s was a good choice to get some food before getting on I-95
Stopped by on my way home yesterday. They were very busy, but were handling it well. It was a bit of a wait but the food was given to me and my mom got and fresh. The chicken nuggets I particularly enjoyed. I love McDonald’s chicken nuggets anyways, but those were the best ones I’ve had. They were perfectly crispy and hot. It was unfortunate that the tea was empty in the front. But my mom just got diet soda.

I was in line for 45 minutes just to go around to the window and see a white guy walk past as if he didnt us sitting at the window. The windows were locked we drove back around. And never got anyone on the intercom I would never come back to this location definitely unprofessional

Placed an online ordwr and sat at the order window for 5 minutes, nobody was there. Went to the drive through window and sat there for 5-10 minutes, still nobody. Dont take orders and say 24 hours if you're not going to be open

Worst McDonalds in the state of virginia if im being honest. Redeemed a free reward in the app, was then charged 68 cents for an “up-charge” when nothing was upgraded. Got my money given back to me after paying and got shorted my money. Got my food and it wasn’t made correctly. Staff were extremely rude to me. The young lady wearing the face mask, I’m assuming she was the manager, was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and gave me nothing but attitude when i tried to resolve the issues with my payment and order. Safe to say I will not be back to this location anytime soon.
