Friendly and upbeat staff members. Very knowledgeable and super helpful and patient with the choice of beverages (to someone who doesn't drink coffee). It was towards the end of the day and everyone was busy cleaning but they made sure customers were taken care of. The store was well decorated and clean. I enjoyed my visit.

I’m not always the negative Nancy with the bad reviews. I do give praise when it’s due. First time at this location, probably my only time because I’m never in Emporia. I’m probably the only VA native my age that has never received a ticket there lol. Virginians know what I’m talking about. However, back to the location. They were fast and my drink was perfecto. Not too much oat milk and shaken like it was in an old Ying Yangs Twins video. The guy at the window was a complete sweetheart. So friendly and made me smile, despite being tired and still having a ways to go until I reached Va Tech. I appreciated the service tremendously.
They received the RIRi stamp of approval.
