If only i could give -5 stars i would. Made a mobile order at this location and went and sat at the drive -thru window for almost 10 mins. No one ever said anything after i yelled hello! Drove up to the window and the 2 females instantly had attitudes one was chomping away on food. Told us to pull up to the side so they can do the order sat there for almost 20 mins. Mean while there was no customers here. Then a car pulls up orders food and picks it up at the window and drives away. How did they get their order so quick? Mean while still waiting on mine. The female looked like she was a manager looked a mess and came outside Like we disturbed her eating and sleep! Dont feel comfortable eating this food as their attitude gave off im gonna spit on the food. They can keep that food! Crazy pay for food and have to worry about someone doing something to it !! SMH

Passing through Virginia on a roadtrip and had a lovely experience at this location from the friendly, thoughtful staff to the really yummy food. Better than Wendy’s food we’ve had in the past!

Decided to give Wendy’s a try on our trip. Instead of trusty McDonalds. What an absolute mess. 20 minutes in line. Food took 10 more minutes. Got out to the car and there were no fries in the bag. Went back in and the lady said she needed to see a receipt. So back out to the car. Well of course there was no receipt. The woman at the counter proceeded to argue that she knew what we ordered. Well she was wrong. She pulled up the receipt from the register and instead of admitting she was wrong she walked away and someone else needed to help us. Like we were trying to steal a medium fry order. Unbelievable. Never again. Not only was this Wendy’s not fast food. It was not hot food. And it was a terrible experience.

It was very dirty. Tables and floors were very sticky. There was a dead cockroach next to my table. Bathroom was filthy and had broken toilet, broken trash can and no paper towels. Kids meal did not come with toy and they were out of milk. Designated kid area was very dirty and not suitable for kids. The line was really long as well. Ordering service was so so. Overall, we will not return to this location.

Went to get a frosty before I got on the hwy 95. Went to the restroom first, if you keep your restroom clean then your kitchen will be clean. This was the nastiest ladies restroom I have seen in a long time. All three toilets where full of tissue paper, and handicap had sign out of order. The whole women's restroom should say out of order.

Road trip stop. Just grabbed some chili, no crackers in stock, tasted awful, reconstituted and watery. More beans than anything else. Workers outside smoking were not seen washing their hands before returning to handle food.
