The worst of this chain. Waited 20 minutes while my order sat and got cold. Had to argue to get my food. Very disorganized. No management leadership. Registers went down and no one else could order for 30 minutes. Every surface was filthy. Kids made a game of sliding on the greasy floors. Every table not cleaned. Worst restrooms. Fries were hot, so there's that.

Horribly ran Wendy's! They couldn't get a couple of plain double hamburgers. We got them with everything on them. My kids are picky but that's not a hard thing to do. Won't be stopping at this Wendy's ever again!

Screwed up the two frosty cream cold brew coffees I ordered. It tasted like cigarettes. They didn’t bother to put bacon on both of my chicken biscuits. Don’t come here.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Cut us off twice during our drive thru order, so rudely gave us our change that half of it fell to the ground without apology. Visibly annoyed the entire time. Slammed window multiple times, and then received incomplete order. Avoid!

Waited in first in line for 10 minutes while employee cleared all 4 orders before me. Watched manager make my sandwich incorrectly. They had no onions, no choices other than sugared drinks in the Coke freestyle machine. Waited anes 11 minutes for the fries to c ok. Even asked for just my sandwiches so I could leave and was told to wait a minute. Fries were finally ready and asked for ketchup and salt as I was being handed order and told to get salt from the counter with the utensils. Since I had been to this Wendy’s the day before I knew nothing was stocked there. I returned to the. Punter and asked for salt and employee took 2 additional orders, never addressing my request for salt. I then told the 8-10 people in line it would be 30 minutes before they got waited on.

Food was good and made well, went to order inside and male worker at register continued a conversation nearly 5 minutes while a line formed.. floors were also sticky. Not horrible experience but could be better

Staff was great! They got our order 100% right, they were quick, and they were friendly and courteous! Come here for some fast food burgers if you're in town and hungry.
