The kiosk was not working. We had to try multiple times for payment to go through. I pressed the help button and nobody came. An employee walked right by us while the kiosk was blinking for help. People were parked in random places in the lot (not in real parking spaces) which was also kind of frustrating, considering it wasn’t that busy.
The experience at McDonald's was average. The food didn’t meet my expectations—it wasn’t as good as I had hoped. The service was efficient, with a focus on getting in and out quickly, but it felt somewhat impersonal. Overall, it was a decent stop, but there’s room for improvement.
The girl taking orders in the drive-through was rushing me quite rudely I ordered a chicken sandwich with an apple pie and a caramel macchiato.
They didn't put the pie in the bag and gave me cold milk and caramel there was absolutely NO coffee cup .
