I come here a lot, I’ve had bad experiences & good experiences. But today I want to give recognition to a young lady by the name of Savannah working. Her customer service was admirable. I was blown away at how she approached customers sitting down, asking them if they needed anything , and reassuring customers that their order was coming up. Great customer service skills. The kiosk was not working. We had to try multiple times for payment to go through. I pressed the help button and nobody came. An employee walked right by us while the kiosk was blinking for help. People were parked in random places in the lot (not in real parking spaces) which was also kind of frustrating, considering it wasn’t that busy.
The experience at McDonald's was average. The food didn’t meet my expectations—it wasn’t as good as I had hoped. The service was efficient, with a focus on getting in and out quickly, but it felt somewhat impersonal. Overall, it was a decent stop, but there’s room for improvement.
