We stopped by on a whim. We didn't know what to expect from the name but later find that it's a classic diner. It's been several decade since we last enjoyed classic American. We enjoyed the homemade chips. The rest was average. The burger had a freezer odor and the lbster roll was very bland. We were disappointed .

I've only been here once but it was such a wonderful experience. It was my first outing with a girlfriend and my little one and the staff really made us feel welcome and taken care of. Here and there, aside from our server they were checking on me and the little one, if she was ok or needed anything. I found that very kind and helped w/ my nervousness for taking care of little one during a day date in a restaurant.This is an uber late review. I was here during the holidays and the decorations were really cute and festive. Our server was Laila and she was very sweet and friendly. The food was great as well. I had the pancakes and my friend had the el presidente burrito w/ homemade salsa, both were awesome and homemade salsa stood out enough that my friend ordered some to go :D It's a great place to go that's family friendly, great food, and wonderful service.

We often go as a group of 6 for Friday breakfast, and Chloez is convenient for us, so we go there once every 4-6 weeks in a rotation of places we like. All of the dishes on the menu we have tried, and that includes most of the breakfast items, have been good to excellent. It is a fried potato lover paradise, for many breakfast entrees come with a large side of very good ones. On busy days it can be a bit noisy, but the place is as pleasant as a restaurant in a suburban shopping mall can be. The primary problem is with erratic service. Last Friday, it was good, but on other occasions it has taken an inordinate amount of time for servers to take orders and then to deliver them. Getting a coffee refill can be all but impossible. On one visit in late 2023 it took almost an hour for orders to be taken and another half hour for delivery of food. It required convincing to get some of our party to return, but thus far in 2024 we have been pleased.

I really was hoping this could be our local spot. I had heard such good things. And maybe if you do not have any allergies or dietary restrictions, this could still be your spot. Some people in our party liked their food and had a good experience. Two people in our party ordered items that came out incorrectly... when they were sent back, the kitchen staff scraped off the eggs and cheese respectively and returned the dishes. The person with the egg dish then changed her order (noticing the eggs had been scraped off). Unfortunately the other person didn't notice the cheese had been scraped off until she ate 4 or 5 bites. She is lactose-intolerant and had an upset stomach the rest of the day. When we asked to speak to a manager to alert them of this issue, the owner let us know it was our fault for not disclosing it was an allergy and not a preference. I couldn't believe it. Sad to say we won't be returning.Dietary restrictions: I would not come here if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

I usually come for breakfast every Sunday and have their amazing eggs Benedict. Last night (Saturday) I decided to come to dinner and I had filet mignon loaded baked potato asparagus and live music. Fun atmosphere and phenomenal food!

Do NOT eat here if you have food intolerances or allergies. 2 of us have food intolerances and both meals came out wrong… they actually just took the meals back and scraped the cheese of of my burger (highly lactose intolerant) and scraped the eggs of my egg allergy friend’s avocado toast. She caught hers and made them change an order. I didn’t catch mine until I’d eaten serval bites of what still had caked on cheese. I never suspected someone would have the audacity to scrape melted cheese off and cover it over with other toppings just to avoid remaking an order. So now I am sick to my stomach. The manager/owner quite literally told me it was my fault and took zero responsibility for her staff doing this to 2 meals in a row. She was flat out rude. This is after a long wait when we had a reservation and then almost every order at our table coming out late or wrong. None of us will go back there.
