Love this pizza and the staff is very friendly. I just wish there was a tried and true way to make sure the pepper doesn't get put in the box, we have an allergy to it and it's about 50/50 on whether it gets accidentally put in after requesting it not to. They are always happy to make a fresh pizza though.

My pizza took 2 hours to get here and was delivered by some other delivery service and not kept in a warming bag so it was cold. I called and was told I would be reimbursed. I was not, no credit on my account or anything. This was the second time I have been lied to by their management. The time prior I received the wrong pizza, one I don’t eat but had waited so long I couldn’t wait for a replacement and was told I would receive a credit. That never happened. I am fed up with bad service.

This service is great. I was waiting for my pizza (I was early). The delivery driver tonight was so good. I waited 4 mins and he was already back and not being crazy (the guy working behind the desk was awesome, too)This had a great crew tonight

We have been ordering from this Papa John's since we moved here this past fall. Like pretty much all other Papa John's restaurants I've ordered from over the years, I have not been let down. Their pizza ingredients are top-notch, and they are cooked to perfection. There is no skimping of ingredients, and their sauce ratio is perfect. Delivery orders arrive in a timely manner.

This location is always closed early and even when they do answer the phone, and it's nowhere near closing time, they seem like they're closing. Don't waste your time calling or trying to order they'll be closed.

Horrible service. Manager is awful to employees and treats them terribly: verbally abusive and promotes hostile environment Food is mediocre .
worst ever experience at Papa johns didnot knew that such a great pizza will fall so down. The employee who called himself George was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. When asked the pwner or manager number so i can complain he refused to give and claims that he is the highest person to talk there. Worst experience at the food chain where I had to wait for 30 minutes and later I get to know my order have not even started and teh employee was not even wearing globes and he was touching food also the same time sweeping even of there is any rating below 1 star i will even rate that.

I just got off the phone with the general manager named John in Silverbrook. There was a mistake made on our order last week and with out hesitation he apologized and issued a credit no questions asked. He handled it with professionalism and style and that is why as a customer he will keep my business. Great job PJ for hiring him!!!!Thanks John

I ordered pizza from this Papa Johns last night and was very disappointed to come home and see that half of my toppings were missing. I order from other locations frequently, meaning this location lacks attentiveness and does not reflect my opinion on other locations. Although they made this mistake, when I called about it they were willing to remake the pizza with no extra charge. Final Thoughts, if you want Papa Johns, this isn't a horrible franchise. But if you can go to another one, that would be ideal.
