My deliver order was placed on line and I added a $10 tip for a 2 mile delivery. The Door Dash driver pointed to the receipt which only showed the food price. I gave him a tip thinking I had not processed the order and tip. My checking account shows the tip went through. Not nice.

The pizza is better than expected for Pizza Hut, especially when it was freshly baked. Service was friendly and prompt. Parking is plentiful in the open lot

Ordered My Hut Box. Pan pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and onions. Side honey bbq wings. Both were wrong! Pizza had sausage and green peppers. Wings were buffalo. I checked my receipt to make sure I ordered correctly, which I did. So not only was the complete order wrong, but I paid for an extra topping that I didn’t get. Total failure! Do better!

Not sure if this is new ownership or not, but the pizzas were overcooked, the chicken was dry and when I filled out the customer survey requesting a contact it was crickets hence now leaving this review vs allowing them to get back to me.
Even their reply back below shows they don't care, def never eating at this location again, honestly don't bother with them.

Just terrible experience, I put my item to pick up at 7:15, they didn’t even started to make it until I was there at 7:08, I put this item at 6:30, had 2 pizzas and still have gotten nothing, I don’t know if they just don’t care about their customers or what, but honestly they did really bad on my order… had to get a refund on an item because they didn’t have all the items to do it. Is just frustrating.

I said this isn’t a pan pizza, but was told it was and they just take it out early. After looking online, it may be a pan pizza, but the dough is very old. I’ll stick to Marcos or Papa John’s across the street.

Ordering was the hardest part believe it or not bc it took the automated thing so long to connect me through to someone but once I got through it was smooth sailing. Guy took my order with no problem after telling me the specials and when I arrived to pick up my order the guy behind the desk (black guy with glasses) was very nice, courteous & professional. Overall an A. If I had been able to talk to someone right away when I called it would’ve been an A+! Try this place it won’t let you down! Ps - the pizza was also amazing! It looked like one of the ones you see in the commercials with the toppings evenly spaced and the taste was amazing! I will order from here again next time 1000%.

Why not cut the cheese bread up? Also I ordered the big box meal with the rectangle pizza because that’s what I wanted and instead I get a regular medium pizza. When I call to complain the manager Raul, Amin tells me I should call corporate and complain, but the fact that the matter is, I ordered something you guys couldn’t fulfill that instead of communicating with me that you can fulfill that you just decided to give me whatever you want if I wanted a medium round pizza I would’ve ordered a medium round pizza and he was very rude and no help in the whole process of trying to rectify their issues like this is very lazy horrible Customer service I will never order from this particular Pizza Hut again.

Just ordered in person an hour ago and I want to complement Bahman Goudarzi for his excellent service he took my order if I’m remembering correctly like every other time or he was the one who made the pizza I can’t remember. But I do recommend for him to be manager or for him to get promoted. He’s always nice and Rahul is always great I’ll leave them all a 5 star review please give a promotion to Bahman he deserves it, I know him well enough we order here every week.
