Why not cut the cheese bread up? Also I ordered the big box meal with the rectangle pizza because that’s what I wanted and instead I get a regular medium pizza. When I call to complain the manager Raul, Amin tells me I should call corporate and complain, but the fact that the matter is, I ordered something you guys couldn’t fulfill that instead of communicating with me that you can fulfill that you just decided to give me whatever you want if I wanted a medium round pizza I would’ve ordered a medium round pizza and he was very rude and no help in the whole process of trying to rectify their issues like this is very lazy horrible Customer service I will never order from this particular Pizza Hut again.

Just ordered in person an hour ago and I want to complement Bahman Goudarzi for his excellent service he took my order if I’m remembering correctly like every other time or he was the one who made the pizza I can’t remember. But I do recommend for him to be manager or for him to get promoted. He’s always nice and Rahul is always great I’ll leave them all a 5 star review please give a promotion to Bahman he deserves it, I know him well enough we order here every week.

This location is take out only so its perfect for calling in or ordering online to pick up lunch or dinner quickly. I was able to take advantage of their Tuesday Special for the month of July - $2 personal pan pizzas which sold out quickly at other location. Great customer service and they're fast too.

I would like to get a refund for my order. Not only was the smell of my wings off (the sauce used smelled like it had been in a bottle for an extended period of time), but the woman making my pizza was not wearing gloves. I watched her as she made my pizza ( it was a pickup order) and she literally touched the chicken with her bare hands while spreading it on the dough. I only felt comfortable eating my bread sticks. It was very disheartening, because I love Pizza Hut! I have been a loyal customer for years but had never had a problem with my order until ordering from this location.

Wow this place has become truly terrible. Worst Pizza Hut experience in my life! Order estimate was an hour. But didn’t arrive until 2 hrs and the food was cold, nothing hot. Phone calls to check the status - spent over 30 min on hold, listening to recordings - they never answered. Both ordered pizzas were wrong! Meat lovers, was not. Wrong crust, had a few meats and included onions. 2nd pizza seems to be a Supreme vegetarian - not Hawaiian. I couldn’t be more disappointed in this!
Do not order from this Pizza Hut location if you want to receive your order. We ordered Pizza from this location for delivery and the food never showed up. We called to get this issue resolved and all they made were excuses and would not take any action to resolve the issue or credit the charge on my credit card. I went into the store to talk to the manager and provided all the details about my order, and again all I got was excuses about how my call probably went to the Pizza Hut call center (even through I directly called the store phone number) and it was their fault, but he took no action to ensure I got the credit. He essentially brushed me off...not his problem.

I used to be able to get delivery from this Pizza Hut a couple of months ago. The online site has changed to pick up only. And the address, and no long works in their system for delivery. So I called to ask about it. They hung up on me. You could clearly hear the phone getting picked up and slammed down.
