Stay away! This is the worst steak and things I have ever seen. It is dirty, the staff is extremely rude and the restroom doesn’t even work! Can we leave a negative rating? Because they deserve it!

The bread-to-meat ratio needs improvement—the meat portion is noticeably small. As for customer service, the person who answered the phone didn’t come across as friendly or courteous; a refresh in phone etiquette would go a long way, especially with basic politeness like saying 'thank you'. On the bright side, the steak & cheese itself was tasty.

George is the definition of the American dream!! First one to greet you, always friendly, and puts out THE BEST cheesesteak! Will not buy from anywhere else anymore!! Thank you for providing consistency over the years!!
