We stopped by the 29 Diner by happen chance on a road trip to New Orleans back in 2019..there were 7 adults traveling together and we had been driving for a long time, it was time to stop, and grab some food. We had gone into the Denny's across the street, (for the love of all mankind, don't go there, it was a horrible experience), it was later at night. Needless to say, Denny's was a disaster, we walked out and looked around, spotted 29 Diner and took a chance......
Holy moly, that was one of the best meals I have had in ages!!! The hospitality is warm, thoughtful, and the inviting. We are adding 29 Diner to our regular restaurant rotation. Loved absolutely everything about our experience and am so happy seeing small business owners make such tangible contributions in our community!! Im totally here for it!
A great business! The owners of this business give back to the community and Vets in a fantastic way while providing great food for a fair value to the patrons. This is an extraordinary place!
