They didn't have all the flavors available when we visited. Staff was not friendly and ordering a "build your own" menu wasn't easy. Ice cream quality was below average for $8. Overall experience was just OK.
I only tried two of the different Bobba Teas. The Lychee Tea I ordered was delicious, the hibiscus tea not so much. The staff wasn't as attentive and couldn't answer my questions to explain all of the teas, but it was still an enjoyable experience.
Been going before COVID. Great place to get ice cream and boba. It’s well priced, clean, and great staff. Def recommend.
An amazing little shop where rolled ice cream in a variety of flavors is created while you wait. Lots of toppings for every taste. Bubble tea is available too.
Good rolled ice-cream! Nice staff and quick service. My kids enjoyed the process and flavors. However it is about $9 a cup and portion is not that big.
Asli is the best employee. She made sure my experience at 520 was amazing. I never had rolled ice cream. She made sure that I had the best one. 10/10 I'm coming back every weekend.
It is $7.50 for the ice cream and unlimited toppings. It is expensive for the portion, but it is delicious, but then again isn't all ice cream delicious. It is an open kitchen, so you do get to see them make your order.
Great place to have in this area specially in the heat of the Summer , very friendly staff , hard-working and good at what they do , make sure you stop by when ever you are at District mosaic
Good ice cream but tea service needs some work. Every time I come in here (usually around 12-1pm). They don't have boba ready or Thai tea wasn't brewed. They should have that stuff prepped and ready for open.
After placing my order for one of their signature ice creams, I watched my order be built then set aside with no explanation. I kept waiting while the next customer's order was created then handed off before my order was recreated on what seemed to suddenly be the only functional prep area. My order was completed and I asked for additional toppings, as the create-your-own options provides unlimited toppings at the same price as my order. This was refused, which makes no sense as the signature item board doesn't mention anything of limited toppings. More so, no apology was offered for the extended wait.

Stopped by for ice cream after having hot pot. I came in around 5 PM, so there was a line of about six or seven people in front but I didn't mind. There were several rolling stations and several people working on it, so it sped the wait up by a little bit. The toppings are all free, which was a pretty good plus. I'd probably come back here for the free toppings if I'm in the area.
The ice cream ? is definitely tasty and good quality. But I do have a beef with the pricing. I can’t justify paying close to $10 on any scoop of ice cream even if it’s gold plated! Any good scoop of ice cream shouldn’t cost you a price of a meal ? in my book. That’s why I’m only giving it 2 stars.
Tried their tea, it was delicious. For the toppings I wanted boba but they weren’t ready yet so I got sea salt cream it was good. It’ll be better with boba though. I’ll come back and try their ice cream soon.
Yummy ice cream!First off- service was extremely fast and my ice cream still came out very tasty. Lots and lots of combinations you can try. But make sure to add brownie bites because it's a game changer. The location of it in the Mosaic is in a pretty calm area so it's good for an easy family visit.Looooooooove!!!!!!!!!
Excellent after dinner stop. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Only complaint is that they still had their restroom closed due to Covid concerns.
