703 Bar + Kitchen

Menu looked great! I've never been so, figured I give it a try. The whole experience was horrible. They had no idea we had a reservation, turns out didnt need one, for good reason, the place was empty. Poorly stocked bar, wait staff NOT attentive, had to hunt them down half the time, food came out luke warm...and nobody cared! Go the the mall, skip this place.

Not a restaurant!!! This place should not be on opentable! It's just a bar inside the Marriott hotel. I made a reservation and when we got there, they literally had no staff, just someone at the bar. No one greeted us. We made our way to a table and no one came by, and there were no menus on the table. After 10 minutes, we just walked out. There were not many people eating so I'd think whatever food they make will be just heated up leftovers or stale food. We were expecting a standard restaurant. Please remove this place from opentable.

Was a great restaurant with lovely choices and beautifully done dining choices. Their plating was exceptional and food was great! They had added a list of small plates choices that were very affordable and lovely, just the right size for a good meal if you added a salad.

Ordered the 72 Hour Beef Short Ribs, they were cooked perfectly and had enormous flavor, the side of mashed potatoes were just alright topped with 3 carrot chunks and 1 spear of asparagus and 1 spear of broccolini. The service from Lorenza was outstanding. At $31.00 for the Beef Short Ribs I thought the meal was pricey.

I liked it here. The process was seamless.

Sometimes a hotel's bar / restaurant isn't the greatest, but that isn't true with 703. Our dinner (crab cakes) was delicious, and the service was prompt and courteous.

Very friendly service and the food was excellent! In the Marriott hotel right by the mall, so it's convenient.

I went in Sunday night 10pm 6 /1 /25
Kids in the lobby yelling about 12 pre teens.

I wanted 22 mins for bartender to even acknowledged me.

Bartender acted as if she was bothered to help us. Horrible service. Every liquor I asked for they were out of so the bar was not stocked.

Mind youIt wasn't busy.There was only three other tables in the whole lounge.

But the last thing you want to do is go to a nice bar and have to see kids running around hitting each other, giving each other piggybacks running up and down and screaming all through the lobby, which is right across from the bar.

FIRST OFF, I feel so bad with the photos for this review cause they don’t do it justice, but I was so hungry and munched out before I could even take a photo. UPDATE (5/29/25) NEW PHOTOS !!!
TV Anyways this is my new FAVORITE GO-TO spot ever! I came in two minutes before the kitchen closed (but the bar was open for one more hour) and I had just finished at the gym and was looking for a new spot to eat close by. Now usually in my experience, the closer you get to the kitchen closing, the less it appears the kitchen cares and just want to get out and go home so the food is mediocre at best. I put in the smash burger as a few patrons sitting at the bar with me said “how bad could it be?” It wasn’t. It was THE BEST BURGER I’ve had in NOVA, and you guys are hiding at the bottom floor of a Marriott at fair oaks?!? Not to mention the fries! Omfg the fries were SO crispy and lightly seasoned and holy moly I was not expecting the food to be THAT good. I’m bringing my madre here this week cause this place has to get some light shined on it. Oh, I didn’t even mention that the beautiful señora that took my order and made my drinks was so pleasant and sweet, had great conversations and made the vibe on point. There’s not a thing I didn’t like, it was clean, devoid of crumbs anywhere, even the seats were cozy and comfy and scootchie. This is the place, again, this is THE PLACE cause I’m going back to try everything on the menu

Good food, nice setting. The meat isn't really seasoned well, but it was still good. Nice drinks! We will come back

Lorena was a great server. Convenient if staying at Marriott. And, food is good for a hotel restaurant.

We went for the Mother's Day brunch. It was $50 a plate and it was the worst meal I ever had.

I found 703 bar + kitchen by chance. I sat at the bar. Great service and conversation with the bartender. Everyone was friendly. Food was good. I'd go back :-)
