Order off of the more traditional menu. I had the cumin lamb and it was delicious. One time at lunch I got the Kung pow chicken and it was awful. I gave it 4 stars because the lamb dish I had was so good it canceled out the other one.
I haven't tried their hotpot but their American Chinese food is great. Good portions and prices, plus good flavor. My go-to for Chinese takeout and I hope to try the hotpot soon.
