I was really excited to try this café because of the great online reviews—I love discovering small cafés like this! However, I ordered a smoothie, and it was terrible. I’ve never had such a bad smoothie before. Even the person who served it to me apologized, saying, “Sorry if I overdid it on the smoothie”—who says that? I ended up throwing it away. If you’re going to charge $6 for a smoothie, it should at least be good quality.

Bagel was perfectly toasted and buttered. The only place this far to listen and provide a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel since tiktok told everyone about the BEC.Friendly staff and in a good location for office park people and patients in the building.
Vegetarian options: Most of the menu has a vegetarian symbol next to them. Likely because most are egg and cheese based. But still seems like a safe option.
Parking: It's in an Dr/office building. Parking doesn't belong to the cafe but there are plenty of options and it's easy to navigate to the cafe from inside or out.

YUM! Delicious! Can never go wrong with the grilled panini sandwich. Food is always fresh and great. Owner is so sweet, very welcoming and so is the staff. Lots of variety for breakfast and lunch.
