The restaurant looked nice from the outside and there were some nice outdoor seating but when you go in, there was a smell of wet carpet even though restaurant did not have a carpet. Customer service was top notch, our waiter was attentive and awesome. Food lacked variety for an Italian restaurant, it was slim picking since it was brunch/lunch time, for example no Salmon was offered. I went with the brunch menu because you can't mess up omelette. Eggs had no seasoning and it was bland. Disappointed with my experience, I will definitely not go back.
Very good service! Good food. There are not a lot of options but enough that we found something we liked.
We had an awesome experience last evening. The service was outstanding. Carlos was absolutely amazing. The meatballs are always unforgettable and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.
Their outside seating is great and has an awesome view of the center park. Food was great overall highly recommended
The atmosphere food and service was top notch. James was our server and he did a great job. Highly recommend the gnocchi and the garlic bread
I came here for lunch with a friend, as we were looking for a nice place to eat. We noticed they had a decent lunch menu and decided to go in. We ordered a salad and a pasta to share, and I would say we had a pretty good experience. The salad was really good and had huge quantities. The pasta, however, lacked in flavor and depth. I would reccomend the salad but skip the pasta. The overall service and great, and was a good place to eat lunch.
The service was fantastic! The garlic bread, penne pasta, Zucchini and Eggplant, Chicken Parm dishes were delicious! At 4:30 pm on a Saturday, they were already out of the Rockfish entree. The meatballs were very mediocre. Not like Nonna's! We will definitely go back and, hopefully, get to try the Rockfish and other delicious dishes.
Much better than expected. Our waiter was fantastic with great recommendations. Rigatoni with prosciutto on top ($10 more) was an amazing flavor addition. Lasagna was fantastic too. I thought this restaurant was going to be just another chain restaurant with sub-par food and experience however we had an excellent meal and great service. Will be back
The staff were super friendly. They also seemed very intelligent and funny, as if the restaurant specifically hired them for those traits. The food was fantastic.
Authentic Italian cuisine with fantastic service from Italy. The lemon 🍋 pasta was amazing as was everything from the bread to the affogato

Was disappointed to be relegated to the back. Had a reservation for 4, and saw upon check in with host that there was a 4-top (table with 4 chairs and 4 place settings) near the front of the restaurant that was unused. Inquired if that table might be available. Was told it's not - being saved for a party of 5 (ok). Was directed to 4-tops at the back of the restaurant. Fine - a little stuffy as not close to the desirable open front windows on a nice evening, but fine. Had a nice meal, with fine service, but the final straw was seeing that upon our departure the desired table still sat empty. Still a nice meal, but a missed opportunity for more thoughtful service.
For a suburban mall restaurant the food was good and the service excellent (despite the constant up selling efforts). My one complaint was the wine prices. $67 for a bottle or $17 for a glass for a bottle that sells for $19 retail is ridiculous.
We have previously enjoyed eating here but at our last visit, we had a problem. The indoor table next to us had a dog at their table. These guests appeared to be workers or friends of workers so their table became a hangout with other staff coming over to admire and play with the dog. Then the workers proceeded to move another table over and bring a large tray of silverware to begin loudly wrapping the silverware into napkins. This was around 8 pm and needless to say it detracted from a pleasant dining experience.. I would be wary of going here if they allow dogs indoors at tables and if they allow their staff to congregate loudly near other diners.
Long wait for our food with two kids. $10.50 for a small bowl of spaghetti with butter for the kids. Waitress was nice but experience was not positive.
Nothing special aboit this place, but it's not bad either. There are better places in Mosaic District for a better value.
