I was so excited to try this restaurant. I ordered the sea bass pacicada with capers garlic spinach and potatoes. Presentation was good but the fish was not sea bass. The taste was off. My waiter was very nice. He got the manager for me but she was not offering to help with making me happy about my dish. Needless to say that will be my first and last time.

Really enjoyed my dinner and service. Pasta dishes are great. Antipasto options creative and delicious.

Food and drinks are absolutely phenomenal. They need to fix the cold draft from the front door. It's really distracting and uncomfortable.

Made a reservation for 2 for Restaurant Week. Walked in and took about 3 minutes of waiting for someone to approach the host stand and seat us. In that time, made direct eye contact with many staff members, all of which continued to have a conversation without acknowledging me or my partner’s existence as we still waited to be sat. Our server was lovely, but due to some management pressure I suspect, kept trying to upsell us random menu items. The staff member who brought out our food seemed unhappy to be doing so, and our dessert was brought out before we were even halfway done with our entrees. And when we did receive our desserts, we had to wait another 10 minutes for our server to check in on us so we could ask for utensils to eat our dessert. Food was good, but I have eaten here a few times before and it seems like they reduced the quality of their dishes for Restaurant Week.

Our server was great but did take a while to come back and get our order. I was brought the wrong entree but they gave us another appetizer while we waited for my food to come. It came out fairly quickly after that. The staff was friendly and checked on us. We were there to try the restaurant for restaurant week.

The desert of bread pudding was super delicious and very memorable. The chicken Milanese was good but a bit dry; needed a sauce. Burrata was great. Service was great.

It was ok. We came for DC winter restaurant as a place we hadn't tried. The ambiance was lively. The hosts were not helpful or engaging when I said I was there to meet my wife that arrived earlier. They just stared at each other like I spoke another language. The waiter was pleasant, quick and attentive. The seating seemed staged for the maximum number of of people the could put in the space and the gentleman sitting behind me both struggled to seat comfortably as we were both tall. They brought out a bottle of of spring water and bread - both as extra costs writtten in fine print. The food was ok, competently prepared and plated. We ordered calamari, meatballs, lasagna and rockfish. All were delivered hot and were good. We finished with the cannoli and tiramisu. Both were also good.

Quiet atmosphere, great food and quick service! Had a great weekday evening dinner for two.

They serve very solid Italian-American dishes, with a strong focus on the pastas. I'm not overly discerning about Italian-American food, so all I can say is that every time I've been here, while nothing wows, everything has always hit just right.
