Server drops the pretzel bites and puts them back in the cup. I asked for another and she looked at me like I'm crazy. She then proceeds to put the last batch back with the dropped pretzel bites for the next customer. 🤮

The staff member, slightly older lady maybe late 30s, has a bit of an attitude. On multiple visits across several months I’ve mentioned things and she gives me the exact opposite, then gets upset when I mention it wasn’t what I wanted. It’s the same service level at both auntie Anne’s in fair oaks, however not much we can do.

I read the other reviews and feel kind of perplexed. I’ve always had great food and service here. It’s yummy pretzels- it’s not that complicated. I’ve had really kind service by the staff here as well. In 2025 it’s priced accordingly compared to other things. I have had trouble one time at another location with the app, so that’s more of a corporate thing… but the staff at the other location still fixed it.

We use to come here every time we come to the playground but not anymore. I asked for a small nugget she gave me a whole pretzel and when I told her that’s not what we want she got so mad. I am Not spending my money be treated like this.

Hands down the best tasting pretzels in the world. Service was great as well.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The pretzels were also very soft. I will go again next time.

Summary of review: I had a terrible experience with the manager, Joy. I couldn’t log into the app due to a code issue, and when I asked for help, she was rude and refused to look up my account by phone number, insisting on barcode only. Later, another location had no problem using the phone number. When I confronted her, she remained dismissive. Poor customer service from a manager.

Full review: I have had a really disappointing experience with the manager, Joy, at this location. I was having trouble logging into the app due to an issue with a code on my account. When I asked Joy for help, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. She spoke in a very harsh tone and just kept saying ā€œbarcode only,ā€ refusing to even try looking up my account by phone number.

We explained the situation multiple times, but she wouldn’t budge. Strangely, when we went to another location, the staff there had no problem looking up the account using the phone number, which means Joy either didn’t know what she was doing—or she lied to us.

I tried to confront her about her attitude, but she brushed it off with a sarcastic ā€œok ok,ā€ showing no concern at all. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially from a manager.

I got the pretzel that I came for. I just felt it was very overpriced. I spent over $10 on one pretzel and a drink. It tasted fine to me. I do believe this location has become accustomed to saving money. There is a charge for absolutely everything. If I wanted an extra container of frosting, there would have been a charge for it. They hand you the napkins instead of allowing you to select them yourself, thus controlling how many you take, etc. You get the picture. I imagine they've had a lot of things taken off the counters as they are right next to a very large indoor playground. Which leads me to my low rating for atmosphere. It is extremely loud here. If you have a headache, as Dionne Warwick would say, "Walk on ByšŸŽ¶". It is also usually busy here, so you spend a lot of time in line. The people that work here are quick and no-nonsense. Again, I suspect a lot of how things have become has to do with their location and proximity to the indoor playground. All of the demands on their time and materials may have taken its toll. That said, My final take: an "ok" , but overpriced product, that you should not go out of your way to get unless you're really craving it or you have kids and are going to be in the area anyway. 😊

Today I visited the mall and attempted to buy the Cinnamon Pretzel. Right before they close, it was my turn to order. Then the unexpected happened. One of the female servers said "We're Closed."

I had no choice but to leave; however, three ladies behind me started ordering, and another server was taking their order.

I asked the female server why she said they are closed. In the middle of nowhere, the owner couple intervened our conversation and asserted that she never said they were closed but she meant to say her shift was over. The owner was rude and never admitted what her employee said at the time but rather defended their employee and argued against me(customer).

I do not recommend this place due to the fact that they don't train their employees and the owners are close minded and not admitting what they have done wrong. Sometimes, it's easy and worth saying "sorry for the confusion." They lost my business forever. I do not even wish them a good luck.

If I could give them a zero star, I would've done so.
