There is no service, just an empty counter in a small dining room with aggressive horrible LOUD music. Unbearable environment. Food was good but you need the 40% coupon to make it worth the price. When I did see a staff person, they were friendly. They had no control over turning of the screaming loud music because corporate forces that torture I suppose to repel customers. Worked for me, I would never think of meeting anyone there for dinner.

Wonder is like the final boss of ghost kitchens - they have marketing that makes it seem like it could actually be good, possibly better than average food… when they deliver sloppy, cold dishes. I’ve never received an item here that didn’t seem to be straight out of the fridge, barely warmed if at all. We had patatas bravas and the potatoes were not even fully cooked through. While the concept of having something for everyone is nice, this feels more like a way to guarantee no one walks away happy.

I think this place looks good from the outside but the food is terrible. They do a good job advertising it as food made from great chefs but honestly any fast food place is better. The food was cold and flavorless, the bare minimum should be hot food if it is being advertised as world class.

Although some of the food is good, when I order pickup, and I get the notification that it is ready for pickup, it never is. When prompted with the notification “ready for pick up,” when I go to the counter, my food is not ready for me to pickup. Additionally, there is no apparent need for customer service at this location as I stand at the pick up counter for up to 5-10 minutes as directed by the app and employees are passing by me with no greeting or urgency to help me. Sometimes I can even see my food sitting on a kitchen counter with my name on it, yet it is out of reach until I wait the 5-10 minutes for an employee to finally help me and simply hand me my food which should have been placed on the actual pick up shelf to begin with.

Bathroom was gross. Music inside was way too loud with terrible speakers so felt almost unbearable to wait inside for my food. Waited over 30 minutes for a simple, small soup. Won’t go back.

The garlic fries were amazing but the Street bird M's chicken burger patty was under cooked. There was no ownership to the mistake and I was not happy with the communication to resolve.
