The customer service here is beyond and above! My boyfriend and I are regulars, and the bartenders and managers already know what we gonna order as soon as we walk in, 4 half chicken every time, lol. If I could give more than 5 stars for my experience I totally would. We placed a large catering order today (11/22) for a work event for pickup at 11:15. Not only was our order ready promptly at 11:15, (granted it took me a little longer to get to the restaurant due to the winter street festival going on and there being little to no street parking), but one of the employees offered to walk with me to my car to help me bring all of the food in one trip. 15/10 customer service, 10/10 food, and 10/10 atmosphere!

Went here after having a bad experience at another location and I’m so glad I gave them a second shot. Food was favorable, service impeccable, and restaurant was generally clean. The manager, Juan was very attentive of our needs and the waitress Hasfa we were satisfied with our experience. Went here on a Sunday afternoon if you’re looking to dine when it’s a little less crowded

Great food, service, and atmosphere. I typically work overseas, and Bar Taco has become one of my favorite places to visit with friends and family whenever I’m back in the states. Consistent quality with a balanced and diverse selection of food. I especially love their kale salads and pork belly tacos.

Arrived for a supposedly nice HH and after ordering a drink at 9:28pm and rcvd it at 9:31pm and until we left 30 mins later the bartenders didn’t ask if we wanted bother drink or if we were interested in getting food. The primary focus seemed to be on the friends of a fellow worker and even when management came to bar to check things out it didn’t increase a sense of urgency or service. Solid music and a lovely place overall but the lack of customer service dampened the evening but rcvd amazing service at the Whiskey Bar a few doors down.
