I had a very frustrating experience at this Dunkin/Baskin-robbins location (store#353496 I stopped by on a rainy day and waited at the ice cream for 3 minutes,but was completely ignored. I then went to the donut counter,ordered 2 apple fritters and 3 scoot of ice cream. The communication was a total disaster. The staff Claudia) told me to “pay over there but apple fritters pay here)and after I followed her instructions, I was told again to pay ice cream over donut counter . I ended up having to wait in another long line for 10 mins just to complete my purchase. The entire process was ridiculously inefficient and disorganized. I was bounced back and forth between registers for no reason, wasting nearly 30 minutes of my time. ( I’m running out of my patience,I gave $8.00 keep change then walk out of door)The staff seemed clueless about the checkout process. I will not be returning to this location.

The ice cream here is absolutely delicious! There was a little confusion at first about where to place the ice cream order since the staff was busy handling lots of to-go orders. Once I placed my order, though, everything went quickly and smoothly. Definitely worth stopping by for a sweet treat!

Well, I can see why there are so many 1 star reviews, horrible experience on Thurs. Sept. 18, 2025 - wouldn't allow to split 2 different flavors in a fresh packed quart - always have been allowed to do it in the past - but not allowed now for some reason - tried to call and s/w the manager several times but no one ever picked up the phone and the mailbox was full

I called two days ahead of time to order an ice cream pie for a family member's birthday. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find my order or any record of my order. I had a feeling something was off when the gentlemen who took my order over the phone didn't ask any questions, like what kind of pie crust or topping. I've had other issues in the past with this location. Other years, when I've gone to pick up they've had a hard time finding my order, but this was the first time they didn't have it at all. I definitely won't be going to this location any more.

The workers who work around 11 am on Tuesdays ; do not know what they doing at all. My milkshake literally came out like water. Coffee was terrible as well! Smh

Victor is extremely unsanitary and doesn’t follow food safety protocols. He’s touching cones and serving the ice cream without gloves. I observed a lot of cross contamination and unhygienic practices in a matter of minutes. He was very rude and made what was supposed to be a nice experience for my family a very unpleasant experience. He served the cones falling apart and not scooped properly. The cones were served sloppy. The food safety should be observed at this location. Always have had a positive experience at this location until today.

You can pre-order online 24-48 hrs ahead of time which is super convenient & pick up is always quick & easy. If you're looking for a quick & cool cake without spending tons of money, check them out!
Still have a ridiculous pile of tables and chairs in the way of the incredibly small space.

10/10 Experience . Definitely the best Baskin Robbins location in Canada . I come 5 days a week and the staff treats me like family . Fresh ice cream too , I can tell they have pride in their work . Would definitely recommend this location . Their new employee named Ishan is great, line always moves fast and I’ve only seen happy customers . Don’t usually leave reviews but had to for this exceptional service .
