10/10 Experience . Definitely the best Baskin Robbins location in Canada . I come 5 days a week and the staff treats me like family . Fresh ice cream too , I can tell they have pride in their work . Would definitely recommend this location . Their new employee named Ishan is great, line always moves fast and I’ve only seen happy customers . Don’t usually leave reviews but had to for this exceptional service .

Came in for an after school treat for the kids. After waiting a few minutes for an employee to even acknowledge our presence, the store phone rang so I get it. It needs to be answered. After another few minutes waiting for the employee to get off the phone, he asks us what we would like, as I go to answer, his cellphone rings and he proceeds to answer it. We walked out. Obviously customer service isn't their strong suit. Never had issues at this place before today. Very disappointed.

I like going to the Dunkin Donuts here, but on this particular Saturday morning, they are getting slammed!!! The line is stretching to the door and some people are waiting so long, they are just leaving. I really feel for the staff. They need help, or a better system.

Great BR, but they said they’re not going to make malts anymore. The reason for going to a specialty ice cream store is to get things like malts. How hard is it to carry malt powder at an ice cream store? Management take notice...

Placed an order through DoorDash and only received one item that we ordered. Went to the store to correct the order and realized that it is horribly understaffed. When I arrived there was one person waiting on customers, with 3 groups totaling 9 people in front of me. Another staff member came out and started working the line. When I was able to talk with the night manager about my order issue, they were happy to make the order correct, but I noticed that the store could use at least one other staff person working so that orders are properly checked against tickets, ensuring product was ready and filled, and ensuring the customer line moves smoothly and quickly. I DO NOT recommend this store, until they can resolve these issues. Even though I went in person to pick up the missing ordered items, I still did not receive what I ordered. This is not the first time our order has been incorrect, but it is the last time we will use this store.

The employees working last night were both working hard and super kind! We stopped in yesterday for a large office order of more than 5 different ice cream orders, and the two guys working the Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts store were incredible! They were attentive, double checked our order, and were so nice! Thank you!!
