They have so many flavor options, ice cream cakes and packaged ice cream available. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Baskin and I really enjoyed sampling some different flavors and admiring the beautiful ice cream cakes.
This store was extremely clean and well kept and I appreciate that they ensure that your ice cream isn’t contaminated with remnants from previous customers order.

Today is my son’s birthday, and we visited this store hoping to get a free scoop of ice cream for him as part of the rewards program. He was so excited about it, but we were turned away by the staff because they didn’t see the reward in the app — even though I had already added him as a family member to my profile. The staff told us, ‘It’s not there, you have to wait until it shows up on your app, so come back next year.’ I was honestly taken aback the moment I heard that.
We can certainly buy an ice cream, but this isn’t about the cost — it’s about the experience and customer loyalty. Unfortunately, this interaction left a disappointing impression on a special day. No more BR for us — we’ll be going to Dairy Queen instead.

Small local Baskin-Robbins with a nice atmosphere. The owner was friendly, fast, and welcoming. I really appreciated that he let us taste flavors before ordering a nice touch! Good selection of ice cream with plenty of options to choose from. Great spot to grab a treat.

The first things that comes to mind are customer service and cleanliness. It's also good to see many families come there to enjoy ice cream. You can either eat inside or outside on the deck. My partner enjoys the Cappuccino Blast, but Cookie Monster ice cream is my new favorite!

We visited Baskin Robbins today (11th May) and although the closing time is listed as 10 PM, we were asked to leave at 9:40 PM because the staff member wanted to clean. Not only was this early, but the way he spoke to us was also quite rude and unprofessional. It really affected our experience. I hope the management addresses this so future customers aren’t rushed out or treated this way.

I visited this store and was extremely disappointed by the attitude of the employees. Customers should always be treated with respect, but that was not the case here. I was denied the use of my app rewards, which felt completely unfair. I have always enjoyed Baskin Robbins ice cream and frequently visit this location, but it seems that because I come often, they saw allowing me to use my rewards as a loss for them. is that fair?

I had a very disappointing experience at this Baskin Robbins location. As a first-time customer, I tried to redeem the free scoop offer, but the staff refused, claiming they don’t honor it if it’s the first scoop purchased. Nowhere in the promotion was this restriction mentioned.
To make matters worse, I was unfairly accused of trying to take advantage of free scoops, with staff implying that frequent visitors misuse the offer. This was completely unfair, as it was my very first visit to Baskin Robbins! I felt disrespected and misled by their misleading policy and poor customer service.
I expect better from a brand like Baskin Robbins. If you advertise a promotion, it should be honored without making customers feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Extremely disappointed and won’t be returning to this location!

My family’s favorite place for ice cream. Service is five star… but I am rating this place 2 stars. Why? A few days ago, while making a payment via debit card, and while selecting tip amount, the associate whispered that I didn’t have to… that they , “ the attendants/ servers” only get the tip when it’s in cash. Wow!!!!!! That’s sad.
Baskin-Robbins was great. We've been here a few times before. Last night was a great experience. The two people working were very friendly and helpful. The ice cream was amazing! I had a Brownie Sundae that was one of the best, if not the best I've ever had. We sat in the car to eat because it is still too cold outside, but there were clean tables inside and out. I will definitely be back here soon! Thanks!
Parking: Parking was easy. There are a dozen or more spaces. We had no problems and have been here when it was busy without problems too.

NO STARS!!!!!!! This location should change its name from “Ice Cream” to CHILLED MUSH. If you want Ice Cream DON’T stop here. They apparently are saving electricity by NOT KEEPING THE ICE CREAM COLD !!!!!!!! Very disappointing. When I commented on the quality the server just said “yeah soft” … I THREW MY $4.95 cake cone in the trash and will NEVER return.
