Baskin-Robbins was great. We've been here a few times before. Last night was a great experience. The two people working were very friendly and helpful. The ice cream was amazing! I had a Brownie Sundae that was one of the best, if not the best I've ever had. We sat in the car to eat because it is still too cold outside, but there were clean tables inside and out. I will definitely be back here soon! Thanks!Parking: Parking was easy. There are a dozen or more spaces. We had no problems and have been here when it was busy without problems too.

How can Baskin-Robbins not have five stars? If the line is long, wait. The servers are always nice! The ice cream is always cold! Five stars always for Baskin-Robbins for me. This location is clean, it is even next to a delicious restaurant where you should go to before you have ice cream, or after ice cream if you are a backwards, eating dinner family.

This baskin robbins store has a cute exterior almost like it's part of a residential building. As such though, there's not many parking spaces outside. Thankfully we went when it wasn't very busy in winter. The service was good. We got our order taken immediately. I think I got the wrong flavor this time, since the vanilla in the ice cream was reduced fat and tasted kind of artificial. Overall Baskin Robbins is a solid ice cream shop though.

The kids who work here are always kind. However, the portions are a scam. I was in disbelief when I asked for two scoops and had to question if I had only gotten one scoop. I don’t need a giant serving just a fair one for $9.

NO STARS!!!!!!! This location should change its name from “Ice Cream” to CHILLED MUSH. If you want Ice Cream DON’T stop here. They apparently are saving electricity by NOT KEEPING THE ICE CREAM COLD !!!!!!!! Very disappointing. When I commented on the quality the server just said “yeah soft” … I THREW MY $4.95 cake cone in the trash and will NEVER return.

This place is a fraud. Bought what I thought was a ice cream cake for a friends birthday. BASKIN ROBBINS = ice cream!! This is a regular cake made up of 25% ice cream. Spent $45 on a cake I could of bought at BJ or COSCTO for half the price. Corporate should take notice of this stores scam. Will never come back or recommend

Dropped by with our service dog, and got yelled at by the owner to leave at once, "NO DOGS ALLOWED." We tried to explain the situation, but decided leaving was a better choice. Discovered the wonderful Toby's in Vienna. We'll be going there instead. They had no problem with service dogs.

I will keep it simple and say maybe it's something wrong with their refrigeration because even my sample tasted like soft serve. I walked so I wasn't leaving with nothing but before I crossed the street my cone was already melting down my hand. Totally frustrating experience. I will give them one more chance but otherwise I will stick with Toby's handmade in Vienna.

Took mom today for her birthday and wanted to taste test 2 flavors. Was told there was no option for that with no explanation. The cheapest thing you can order is a kids scoop for $3.29. The regular scoop is $3.99. Honestly if I would have liked the flavors I would have walked out with 4 different scoops of ice cream. If I hadn't liked the flavors I would have gone with 2 scoops of my good old faithful rum raisin. Young girl behind the counter could care less that I walked out only buying the one scoop for my mom because the business isn't hers. But any smart business person knows that due to the poor customer service and stupid rule you not only lost money today but have lost me as a customer in the future.Get it together people...Sincerely,A customer who just wanted you to take her money and let her be fat!!!

Ok, so the place is nice, looks clean and service is ok, however, they are soooo stingy with the toppings! I like whipped cream and every time they give me a tiny bit! :( Oh and they didn't let me sample a flavor! You know, with the tiny spoon! I keep coming back as a fun treat for my girls, and myself! I'll say something next time.
