Two young men who were truly exceptional in the service they provided, demeanor, and speed
Poorly managed location run by a bunch of unsupervised goof off kids and a absentee owner that must not care. The web says open till 10pm but they are closed already at 9pm If you hate your business so much, do the community a favor and sell it ! Let us have our neighborhood B& R the way it's supposed to be and not this third world country experience.
Great place! The guys there are so friendly and nice! I really felt bad for them today when I got my milkshake as the AC is still not working and it feels like a furnace there!
Went for the stranger thing special ended up adding coconut. Great service, AC was out, felt bad for workers,!

Always a good place to hit up after a Burke basketball WIN let's go bulldogs.
At least once a summer I walk down with my family at night. I always get cotton candy and birthday cake even though there's too much sugar and I get sick halfway through. The workers let me test flavors and when my sister dropped a scoop of her ice cream outside they replaced it for free! I love this Baskin Robbins and would highly recommend it. They also make good ice cream cakes for my dad.
This location was horrible. The price on the signs said the bowl was 1.19, and the employees were saying the same. I asked for a plain bowl, but they charged me for a waffle bowl. They said it came with up to three scoops of ice cream, but they only gave me one scoop and charged me $3 for that scoop. In total, I was expecting to pay about $2-3 for a small cup with some ice cream in it. Instead, I got this overpriced, $5, waffle cup with barely any ice cream in it. Do not go to this location. They are misleading and overpriced. I will not be going to a Baskin Robbins ever again thanks to this horrible experience.
