Yesterday the lines were crazy. But management and employees did a great job at being fair and keeping very childish adults acting like they’ve never had ice cream before in their life. Adults were skipping the lines and being rude to general manager but he kept it professional.

I highly recommend ordering your ice cream Birthday cakes from this place!! I ordered a 8 inch cake. The staff were pleasant and the manager was very organized and made sure my order was just the way I wanted. He even covered up the box so the surprise wasn’t ruined!

horrible service do not recommend the lady was very rude asking me what i want and even threw my ice cream at me i do not recommend go to Häagen-Dazs instead they give better service and they don't throw ice cream at consumers

There's a lot of options, and we asked them what are the best sellers. Their recommendation is soooo good! but i forgot the name of the flavor pls refer to the picture. The service is good and the ambiance is so small, but there is table outside the store. Overall i really like the ice cream.

Young girls always having an attitude like I’m bugging them by ordering. No greeting, eye rolling! Second time this happened with different girls each time. Now I’m chewing on the stalest waffle cone that they should literally dump instead of charge for it. Last time supporting that business.

Worst experience, The guy scrapped off from the bottom to make the sundae which had barely any icecream left.The sundae glass was filled to half even with the whipped cream. Charged $9 and was very proud of it.

Visited the local Ben and Jerry’s at Fairfax corner today and had two lil girls with me. I paid about $15 and tipped the lady and gentleman there only for my daughter to turn around and spill hers before she even got to taste it (she’s 5) we were asked to pay full price again!!! Not nice Ben and Jerry’s especially that you saw it spill by accident before she even had the chance to try it yet we’re charged fully for another one. Thanks! We grabbed some ice cream for the ride home. I ordered lemon sorbet in a cup. It was refreshing. And I ordered a scoop of chunky monkey on a sugar cone.

My food allergic daughter (peanuts) had an excellent experience here! We were offered the ingredients binder to look at, was able to choose her fav ice cream flavor, the server changed gloves and got an unopened ice cream from the back, and she felt very comfortable eating her cone. Thank you so very much!!

Not an altogether wonderful experience for me today, but mostly that is for personal reasons. I'm not a big fan of most of the flavors, but ice cream sounded good. I don't like sugar cones, and that was all the options I could see, so I got a bowl. Had I known the spoons were wood, I would've just gone down the road. That's a personal thing, I can't stand putting a wouldn't stick or spoon in my mouth. I'm also curious, is killing trees to make a million wooden spoons better than those plastic things? I guess that's a tossup. The chocolate and vanilla ice creams I got were good, and the place wasn't horribly busy, but it looked like I hit a low, based on the number of people sitting around outside eating ice cream. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
