Bad experience! Not good taste … negative feedback for this tea! They just microwave to make it hot OMG !! ask all should BAN IT!! Over priced for its quality and service too :( That stupid app and order machine charge you for extra! The owner shows bad attitude in its comment now!! ALERT!! — alright ， they revised it with some irrelevant stuff have no clues what they are talking about… (what cracked cup???? They probably have other issues lol ) just stay away, stay safe.

I come here at least once a week, I really like how cozy and clean the cafe is. I also really like their drinks, my favorite drinks are the tiramisu boba milk tea and the osmanthus rice milk tea. I notice they have a variety of tea options, and they only use lactose free milk which is nice for people who have lactose intolerant.
The service is quick, inside is clean, but the boba is not really that worth it. I've tried the pudding toppings and without it at the annadale location. We got the basic oolong milk tea w boba ($7) and it kinda tasted store bought quality. If I'm buying boba for that much it should taste more smoother than sediments. It's giving share tea tbh. I think it comes down to a preference- personally I prefer Taiwanese or Korean boba versus Chinese, but the few times I've come here the quality is below average and not worth the price point.

I used to love coming here and it was so nice to order onljne, i always get the DaHongPao milk tea with regular boba but now it's no longer an option to order regular boba as a topping even though this drink doesn't have any and you can select any other topping type. Very odd.
I am not that type of guy who always leaves “reviews” on Google map but honestly this is probably the best milk tea I have had in the area for a long time. I have visited here many times and tried many different drinks. Among them, my favorites are Dahongpao boba milk tea, osmanthus rice milk tea and strawberry cheese smoothie. Their boba is chewy and tasty and it is obvious that the drink is made with fresh tea, rather than milk tea powder mixed with water (if you've ever had insufficiently melted powder from a drink at other milk tea shops you know what I'm talking about). All in all, if you willing to try what an authentic Chinese milk tea tastes like, I recommend you to try this shop and you should not be disappointed.

Asked for a hot tea and they just microwaved it instead using hot water or something, it was still cold! Jasmine tea tasteless, the service was ok but the product awful.

The worst service I've ever had. Dare they refuse me to order on the counter, I saw there were 3 of them free at that time and was told they were busy, and forced me to order on their order machine. This happened not the first time!! Be aware that it would charge you an additional fee for ordering on the machine, not too much, but they are playing tricks this way! The management should pay more attention to the quality of their employees.Update: I believe what I saw! They were not busy at all at that time.
