Biryani Point Fairfax

This was my second bad experience at Biryani Point, and I honestly don’t understand why the staff shows so little concern for customers. Today, the person at the counter was on a personal phone call, barely paid attention, and ended up giving me the wrong order. I asked for chicken biryani but got prawn biryani instead — and to make things worse, I was still charged for the chicken takeaway.

It’s really frustrating to deal with such careless service, and it leaves a very disappointing impression. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving customer service.

Chicken Momo and Indo Chinese is really good.

I got steamed momo as their didn't have jhol momo. The momo was pretty tasty, not that juicy but they got the flavor down. The achar was on point!

Every time when we order - our request is to add more veggies and less rice as are not suppose to eat due to our diet. They always accommodate so well. They are one of very few places hands down best biryani. Wish I could 6 stars. Please add more veggies options for us - my humble request 😊

Let me just say WOW… this food is incredible and I’ve never had a bad experience eating food from there. INDIANS!! THIS IS THE PLACE!! If you ask for the food to be spicy it’s ACTUALLY spicy. Seriously I’m from south india, and this food is the perfect level of spice. The chicken is also always cooked to perfection!! The chicken 65 biryani has to be THE BEST BIRYANI IVE HAD IN THE U.S!!! Genuinely give it a try, you will not regret it

I ordered the paneer biryani and was really disappointed — it had pieces of chicken in it, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering a vegetarian dish. This is a serious issue, especially for people with dietary restrictions. The overall taste of the food wasn’t good either.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The food was served cold, and the quality was extremely poor. It was obvious that everything was pre-cooked and simply reheated when ordered, which completely ruined the taste and freshness. For the price they charge, I expected much better. Definitely not worth the money—I wouldn’t recommend it.
