It's been awhile since we had Boston Market and it was time for a visit.Placed an order online for takeout and it was ready in no time. The cashier was friendly and our order was neatly wrapped. We enjoy their rotisserie chicken, creamed spinach, mac & cheese, and cornbread. The kiddos enjoyed the meatloaf and sides as well. I'm glad Boston Market is here and it's a nice option to have.

This restaurant has virtually no ambiance. Service is OK, no more, no less. Food is OK, depending on what you get. Chicken is OK. Ribs are good, well cooked, but they are slathered in a sauce that is only ok. Prices are ok. Overall, this restaurant, as you can guess is OK. Nothing to rave about.

I am in Texas and visit my son every Christmas. We always order Christmas Dinner from Boston Market. This year I ordered online and then purchased and sent my son a $132 Boston Market eGift card via email. When he took it in the store today they refused to take it and made him pay again upfront out of pocket. The workers said they don’t know how to take a printed e-gift card??????? They insisted they need “the little plastic card.” Now I have to reimburse him an I am out about $260....this is a lot of money money to lose at Christmastime.

My job order food for Thanksgiving for those who work today. When we got there to pick up food everything was crazy. Stood in line for almost 2 hours waiting then they had ppls food on the floor. After we leave the red potatoes were nasty they didnt taste like they were cooked all the way. Second the meet (Turkey) look half done as well n tasted like it. This is unexacpable. I love Boston market but this here just makes me not want to eat here anymore

Worst thanksgiving meal from Boston Market ever. Waited for over an hour, and when I got home the chicken was half-cooked and parts of it were even pink. Absolutely disgusting. I will never go here again.

I had meatloaf and it was freaking delicious! Relatively fast and employees were friendly. Overall, great experience and will be visiting again!

I usually love the food at Boston Market. We always went to the one in Reston but it closed. We tried the Chantilly one tonight. The cashier was very rude. He didnt say anything to me except do you want a drink? No, thank you, enjoy your meal, nothing. He handed me my receipts, 3 sets of utensils, 3 cups and shoved the plates toward me. How in the H am I going to carry all this? The one in Reston always brought our meals to us. As far as the food goes, it wasnt very hot and the cornbread which I usually eat, was hard and dried out. Not a good experience at all.

Service is always quick, restaurant is clean. It's unfortunate I have to drive from Gainesville to Fairfax for Boston market!
Used to do there all the time but the location near me closed. It was a treat to eat there again. Creamed Spinach is my favorite.

out of many Boston Market branches I tried, Greenbrier was the worst.

Bosto Market is one of those familiar "go to" food place, when you really aren't sure what you want. The food is ]reliably good, and the employees are always friendly. Aside from their well known roasted chicken, Boston Market serves traditional mashed potatoes, buttered corn, steamed green beans and mixed vegetables, green salad, sweet potatoes, baked apples, home made sweet corn bread, and a few others. You'll also find their meatloaf, bbq chicken, ribs. Occasionally Boston Market will have a new product for market approval, like special lime seasoned chicken or roasted turkey. If you are not a big meal cook but want to impress a large group, Boston Market does offer big meal options for very affordable prices. During holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, these meal packages can be very helpful, according to my sister. You will find simple pie options everyday, by the slice and the entire pie, such as apple, peach, pecan and brownies. Enjoy!

The owner should be ashamed to serve such a substandard tough meat. Two for the price of one is a total rip off when you cant eat over half the fat, grissle and cartilage!! Look closely at the pic and bill!!!
