Can't tell you how disappointed I am with this Boston Market. Since the management and or owner change this place never has food to order. I have stopped at this restaurant four or more times over this year and every time I have to leave because they don't food to order. I hope they sell the franchise that has better management and or has better process of having food that is available based to customer traffic to the business on a daily basis.

I'm so disheartened at the collapse of Boston Market! The mac and cheese the last two times I tried it looked like it had been left out for hours, and tasted even worse. The sauce has coagulated into flavorless blobs on overcooked noodles. The chicken has gone dry and the sweet potatoes are bland.The people there, however, have been doing their best with how neglected the location is. The staff was friendly and made sure my order was correct.

The service was really good, the food was awful. I came in around 4:30 in the afternoon and there was no white meat chicken. How could you be at dinner rush and not have the food?The people were like I said, very nice. the place was clean. The macaroni and cheese you could tell they had boiled more macaroni and added it to side, so there was absolutely no taste whatsoever.I won't be back.

I'm not sure what happened to Boston Market, I have been here twice now. Both times my order has been completely incorrect. One time I got a meatloaf instead of chicken. Then this time I got the wrong sandwich, wrong side, wrong drink, and wrong chicken nugget entree as well with no sauce. After two chances at this location, I'm done. They need some major work if they want me to ever return. The staff isn't that friendly and just plays dumb that they screwed up your order. The food isn't even that good anymore, it never tastes fresh like it used to.

The restursnt looks dirty. The menu screens were all broken. The drink machine was completely broken and only 5 water bottles available to buy. The Mac and cheese was cold and bland which was so much better years ago. The chicken has no flavor and over priced now. The mash potato’s were watery. Boston market used to b good now it’s trash.. not visiting again

The first time we went, it was 9:45 and the doors were locked and all the food was put away. Their posted closing time was 10:00 pm.

Chicken in the older dryer cooked like at noon now it’s dinner.Didn’t say they would bring the food out after in standing in line. The food is more tasteless potatoes no flavor, power, corn cool real dry not cooked and they use canned. The dude we’re very limitedPotatoes, Mac and cheese, greens and not much more. Either the owner, manager are making bad decisionsMay noy come back to try anymore. Note: Boston Market corporation has not feed Bak page any more. They don’t even want to hear about their stores. Great food and amazing staff. Food is always fresh, healthy options. The garlic herb chicken is so flavorful, and the sweet potatoes are amazing. I wish there more Boston Market's in the NOVA area.

My mom wanted to surprise my kids and ordered them Boston market. The mash potatoes tasted like they were from the box and the meatloaf looked and smelt like dog food. No effort was put into the food at all.

I have never left a review before but the food was so awful I had to this time. I have enjoyed Boston Market many times previously. Today I ordered a 1/4 white chicken meal with corn and mashed potatoes. The chicken was tiny, probably Cornish game hen sized, and was woefully under seasoned. The corn seemed like it was the cheapest frozen corn from the dollar store, and that would be generous. The biggest crime of all was the mashed potatoes. I love mashed potatoes, and I used to love Boston Market mashed potatoes. These things were awful, nearly inedible. They tasted like someone took instant mashed potatoes and mixed it with 50% sawdust. I have had better mashed cauliflower, and I despise cauliflower. Boston Market should be tried for crimes against humanity for daring to serve such lifeless mashed potatoes.Overall, extremely disappointed, stay far far away. My last time ever eating Boston Market.
