Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Super sweet staff! Dairy-free ice cream was pretty good; dairy-free can be difficult at some ice cream parlors. They had 3 varieties!
It was chilly eating it outside, but it was worth it! Awesome way to spend time with my granddaughter... ❤🍦🍨

Two times in a row, now, I ordered a blast that was mostly vanilla ice cream with almost no candy mixed in. Very disappointing. This location used to be one of the best in the area and it’s gone down hill.

Evie is my favorite Bruster's employee at the Fair Lakes/Pender location. She is always smiling and cheerful and that experience always makes my already yummy ice cream taste even better. Keep serving up smiles Bruster's !!

The ice cream here is seriously good. Super creamy, full of flavor, and you can tell it’s made with quality ingredients. I got two scoops and instantly wished I’d gone for three.

Nico was the one working when I came in, and they were great — friendly, quick, and knew exactly what to recommend. You can tell they actually care about making sure people get something they’ll enjoy.

The employees are super nice and patient. It was our first time and wanted to try a few flavors. My kids got vanilla and chocolate and they were very tasty. The butter pecan was a little bit on the salty side for my taste but not unbearable. I still ate a whole waffle cone of it lol. They give free kids cones if the kids are under 40 inches tall which we took advantage of happily. There is outdoor seating only. It was a nice day and not too sunny so we didn’t have a problem with that. Overall very nice place. Would highly recommend!

Bruster’s is one of a kind ice cream shop, very tasty and a variety of flavors. The only place I take my family for a special treat.

Great ice cream, but the staff needs to pay a little more attention. Second time I ordered ahead and nothing was ready. They seemed confused then looked at screen and said give us a few minutes. Pay Attention!

See images. This many mini Reese’s cups in a small pint of chocolate peanut butter buckeye. Every small bit included 5-6 Reese’s cups. I want some iced cream with my candy bars. Terrible tasting. It’s also not “chocolate peanut butter” in the classic sense. It’s like a tan ice cream — probably meant to be chocolate IDK — without any Pb swirls. The peanut butter comes from these hard chocolate Reese cups. Just disgusting.
