Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Evie is my favorite Bruster's employee at the Fair Lakes/Pender location. She is always smiling and cheerful and that experience always makes my already yummy ice cream taste even better. Keep serving up smiles Bruster's !!

The ice cream here is seriously good. Super creamy, full of flavor, and you can tell it’s made with quality ingredients. I got two scoops and instantly wished I’d gone for three.

Nico was the one working when I came in, and they were great — friendly, quick, and knew exactly what to recommend. You can tell they actually care about making sure people get something they’ll enjoy.

Good ice cream, good service. I’ll definitely be back.

The employees are super nice and patient. It was our first time and wanted to try a few flavors. My kids got vanilla and chocolate and they were very tasty. The butter pecan was a little bit on the salty side for my taste but not unbearable. I still ate a whole waffle cone of it lol. They give free kids cones if the kids are under 40 inches tall which we took advantage of happily. There is outdoor seating only. It was a nice day and not too sunny so we didn’t have a problem with that. Overall very nice place. Would highly recommend!

Bruster’s is one of a kind ice cream shop, very tasty and a variety of flavors. The only place I take my family for a special treat.

Great ice cream, but the staff needs to pay a little more attention. Second time I ordered ahead and nothing was ready. They seemed confused then looked at screen and said give us a few minutes. Pay Attention!

Awesome experience as always - multiple, tasty flavors to chose from, friendly and energetic staff. Dogs loved the pup cups.

See images. This many mini Reese’s cups in a small pint of chocolate peanut butter buckeye. Every small bit included 5-6 Reese’s cups. I want some iced cream with my candy bars. Terrible tasting. It’s also not “chocolate peanut butter” in the classic sense. It’s like a tan ice cream — probably meant to be chocolate IDK — without any Pb swirls. The peanut butter comes from these hard chocolate Reese cups. Just disgusting.

Death by chocolate was amazingggg and Max loved the pup cup!!! Would definitely come again.

This location has horrible selection of vegan flavors. Banana and strawberry only?
Get on the same page as the Vienna location with actual good flavors or at least have a plain vanilla option

Ice-cream too soft. Use to original in PGH. So cold at store in summer workers wore sweaters. Taste so much better cold!!!

First time at this ice cream shop. They do have a wide variety of ice creams and related "iced" treats, very good products but a bit pricey. Take out only. The back door is very small.

Came here for the first time and the staff were just disrespectful for no reason slamming windows, giving dirty looks. just wanted to enjoy some ice cream.
