We visited Buffalo Wild Wings on Saturday night after a soccer game to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet we had to find our own seating for a group of seven. The tables were not cleaned, and we sat for about 10 minutes before a waiter approached us. His first comment was that the bar was closing and we could only order beer, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. Instead of taking our orders at the table, he expected us to go to him to place drink requests, which was inconvenient and unprofessional. The food quality was mediocre and nowhere near what it used to be. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be a favorite spot for us, but this experience has completely changed our opinion. We do not plan to return and are looking forward to our favorite restaurant reopening soon.

Had an awesome time at Buffalo Wild Wings! The food and drinks were great, but what really made the experience stand out was Ash. Super friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience.

Absolutely awful. Was a Tuesday night and the promotion was 6 free wings for wing day. Ordered wings at 8 pm online and didn’t receive them until 1045 pm. Waited inside for 1 and a half hours extra, along with many other unhappy people waiting to pick their food up as well. No manager to be found. Employees had attitudes. This reminded me of why this business had been closing down all across America.

I waiter nearly 2.5 hours with an order placed at 6:30 and am typing this still waiting for my order of only 16 wings at 9 pm.
When asked by the manager and staff I am repeatedly told 30 more minutes they are playing catch up with the orders. How are you playing catch up nearly 2.5 hours later?
Many people cancelled and I what’d already waited an hour so I thought if I waited an hour how much longer would it be?
Take your money elsewhere. Very disappointed with this Buffalo Wild Wings.

Ordered through the app around 7:30pm and the order kept getting pushed back by 30mins at a time. By 9:10pm we ended up calling to cancel but took multiple calls to get through to someone. Person who answered seemed extremely confused so hopefully we’ll get our refund. Won’t be ordering or visiting the location again.

Update on 7/29/2025 Food is still good. Online ordering and particularly the pickup is horrendously slow. Don’t plan on those BOGO deals unless you want to pick them up at 5pm. They can’t handle the extra rush at all.
We haven't been eating out much during COVID, but the BOGO boneless wings is a definite exception. My kids look forward to Thursdays now. A Blazing thanks. Don't forget to sign up with your email and get the latest promos.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews unless something really stands out — and unfortunately, this was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.
We ordered our food at 8:00 PM and didn’t receive it until 8:55 PM. The dining area was less than half full, so the delay didn’t make sense. I understand they seemed short-staffed (only about 3 servers working), but I’ve worked as a food runner/server before — and this just wasn’t it.
Our server barely acknowledged us, often giving us looks when we asked for basic things like sauces or refills. At one point, all the servers just disappeared into the back for a while, leaving the floor completely unattended. If you wanted a second glass of water, you might as well have brought a bottle from home — it took 15+ minutes to get anything.
To make things worse, the food was consistently cold. We genuinely thought it had been microwaved — warm on the outside, cold in the middle. We even heard other tables complaining about the same thing. The takeout line was also long and clearly frustrated, so it wasn’t just us having a rough time.
The manager eventually came out, but even that interaction was frustrating — dismissive, no real accountability, and didn’t improve the situation at all.
As a weird final note: our receipt showed this location is #0666. So maybe it’s cursed — it would explain the service.
All jokes aside, this place needs a serious reset in both staffing and kitchen management. Disappointing all around.
