This restaurant has good food but service absolutely sucks. We had an issue with our and assistant manager tried to help us in humblest way possible but the bald head guy was so rude throughout for no reason even though we're just trying to explain situation and how there's an issue with their system. They really need to work on their customer service. Table next to also said they had similar issues.

The food arrived with an attitude. Ordered wings which were great but rest of the order was not so good. My and daughter in law ordered chicken fingers which arrived really dark brown over cooked and hard. The delivery person snapped at us when we told her that ther were over cooked. She stated that that is the way we make them and walked away. Wow poor service. We ordered drinks when we sat down. My wife did not receive her martini till half way through the meal. By far the worst bww I have ever been to. Not going back

Solid & great service despite the number of guests
Came in to celebrate and had a horrible time. We stood at the front for 5 min before being seated (there’s only 1 other family there). We had 7 ppl and the person who seated us told us to scoot two tables together…I asked if you could help and he said no. Our waitress took our order and was too busy on her one as she didn’t come back once in the 45 min we were there. Food was horrible…extremely small and only like warm. DONT RECOMMEND!!

Ordered through the app and received a delivery that had clearly been opened along the ride. The manager, Frank, was awesome. He coordinated with DoorDash to get me another delivery within an hour. The team at the restaurant does a great job with the bag seals so you know if it was tampered with by the delivery person. Really appreciate the service!

We came in to watch the game tonight and the service was horrible. Erika didn’t greet us for over 15 minutes. We never knew where she was. I understand taking care of other tables and I’m extremely patient but that was the worst service I’ve had in a ver long time. The guy beside me said his beer was empty for 20 minutes and he was super upset. Another couple waited for a while for drinks also. The male manager was out on the floor but never stepped in to correct her when the whole bars drinks were empty. I love bdubs, but this was a horrible experience.
