First of all the service was excellent. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because was only 1 person attending all the restaurant (server, foodrunner and bartender at the same time!!!) We were like 8 tables at the same time. No one else was helping her and she was running. I saw others employees chatting and not helping her. She was giving her 100000% but is unfair. I don't know if the others guys were on their breaks, but you guys need to hire more personal. I was thinking to help the lady to clean the tables...

We came in on Saturday at about 8pm - Bailey was an amazing server and really went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience. The food also tasted super fresh! It was quick, the nachos were loaded and the wings were well sauced, juicy and crispy. Shoutout to kitchen manager Mark and the crew back there! One of the best BWW meals I’ve had if not the best!

All love... I don't hate usually but these are probably the worst wings I've ever had. Their chicken sandwich is no better than a Mc chicken (even a mc chicken had more stuff) they didn't even have pickles it was just a patty a bun and mayo. Fries were good, the soda was on the flatter side and I had to spit a wing out the moment my tongue hit the sauce. Not to mention it STANK when I walked inside the smell literally hit me like a bullet it was very unpleasant. Also my waitress was tweaking she didn't even know how to separate payments and came back like 10 times I'm not gonna hate bc she's probably new but train ur workers better. The bathrooms were clean and smelled great so that's a plus I guess. But overall bad, there is a wingstop right down the street you're better just going there instead.

I’ve visited this place a few times now, and every time, it’s been a disaster. The first visit took over an hour to get water, and I was only able to drink two beers during a four-hour UFC event because of how slow and inattentive the service was. I thought I’d give them another shot last night for Thursday Night Football, but it was even worse.
When we walked in, we saw a “seat yourself” sign, but the only available table hadn’t been cleaned. We waited 15 minutes for someone to clean it, then asked a waitress to do so when she had a chance. Instead of being helpful, she rudely said, “Next time, do not sit yourself down,” and walked away. Another 10 minutes went by with no action, so my wife went to confront her. The waitress responded that she had “other tables to worry about” and didn’t need to help us.
This is a serious issue of poor customer service. As someone who works in hospitality, I know how vital it is to make customers feel valued. Unfortunately, that’s not happening here.
I strongly urge management to review the service standards at this location and address the consistent problems. I’d like a manager to reach out to discuss this further, as this type of service is unacceptable and has cost you a customer.

Had a bad experience there today. Went there for the Veterans Day and the service was plain horrible! I was served a mixed drink thinking it was a beer, and asked for an exchange. Waitress said no and got charged more for drinks anyway after being shown a different costs for them. I asked for a beer instead and was served the beer at the end of the meal. Waitress was just plain bad, did not care and took forever to order food, to get the food, and to pay. If I was a Vet or even a regular customer I would not go here. Many things wrong with service there. Saw other patrons get up and leave because they waited so long for service.

Had a bad experience at this location. We got there at 4:45, ordered food around 5 and didn’t get our food till 6pm. The waiter was very apologetic, he told us he was waiting multiple sections and we saw him running all over the place the whole time, the other workers were not even helping him and the restaurant wasn’t even that busy.
When we got our food half of it was cold. I wouldn’t have minded if it was actually fresh but it was an hour wait for cold food. Our waiter originally said he can give us a discount and coupons which was fine, but then the manager - Trey, came up to us afterwards like we were lying about everything and was rude to us, we told them we do not want to wait another hour for the food to be remade, he said he would only give us either the discount or the coupons, not both. We said that’s fine, whatever. But when we went to pay he said he’s not giving us any type of discount at all.
I am not the type to complain, if the food was hot even after a hour of waiting I would have been fine. It was not a kind night to us
