Hadnt been to bww in forever and was a little nervous after reading so many bad reviews. But fortunately we had an awesome server, Starlynn. The place was super busy so we did make an effort to make eye contact or similar if we needed something but she always came pretty quickly (needed because we had all you can eat and they bring 6 at a time). Almost perfect but the last round took over a half hour which was frustrating but otherwise pretty quick service, food was decent, usually...
Read a lot of bad reviews of this restaurant. Thought I would give it a try last night since I was nearby. Definitely doesn’t deserve this bad of a rating. Keep in mind I didn’t use a QR code and just ordered the usual way. QR seems to be the root cause of the bad reviews.
Food was great, beer was good and the service was fine. I had a kind server that checked in frequently.
No complaints from me, as far as buffalo wild wings go, it’s 5 stars.

First of all the service was excellent. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because was only 1 person attending all the restaurant (server, foodrunner and bartender at the same time!!!) We were like 8 tables at the same time. No one else was helping her and she was running. I saw others employees chatting and not helping her.
She was giving her 100000% but is unfair. I don't know if the others guys were on their breaks, but you guys need to hire more personal....
