Wings are amazing and come in many flavors! Wings are cooked to order so it takes ~20 minutes to get your food but the TVs are showing a variety of sports and the environment is fun. We never even notice the time it takes to get our food. Always a fun place to have dinner.

Wings are high quality, but sauce does not cover wings well. I ordered pickup, might be better dining in.

Watching the redskins get their asses kicked in the first half sucks! But it sucks a lot less with Matt as your server and Courtney the manager! My partner and I got the tots with hot honey, 20 wings with the flavor of the month (spicy honey mustard), a spicy BBQ, sweet Caribbean jerk, and cool ranch. We also got orange crushes ($6 on happy hour in nova for a crush is a STEAL!!) AND we are getting the croissant beignets.

Are we fat? Yes! Are we happier! Even more so! Thanks Matt, Courtney, and BWF!!

I placed an order for $75 and the wings were undercooked! I paid for extra sauce and didn’t get that either - plus they missed a flavor completely. The Brussel sprouts were swimming in the bulgogi sauce, couldn’t eat them.. and the curly fries were dry and we must if got the end of the pack because the fries were like the end pieces of the bag not whole - no curly fries. Oh and this was for my daughter’s birthday because she wanted wings. Ugh, don’t you hate wasting money on food you could have cooked at home or enjoyed somewhere else? Never again Wing Factory NEVER AGAIN! Off my list for sure!

I LOVE THERE WINGS. I definitely recommend wings and their pesto bread thing. I don’t really like there fries though. The workers are very welcoming and know what there doing. There wings are really good especially if you ask if they can make them extra crispy

If I could give the service less than 1 star, I so would! I went there to watch a game with a friend, ordered food from the QR code that was glued on the table, then waited 43 mins to get my appetizer along with the regular food, also asked for a soda which never arrived, then asked for a glass of water, again, never arrived, then ordered dessert, again, never arrived! What’s even the point of ordering food from the QR code if the food is never going to arrive and we have to search for employees to get our food! 🙄 our total was close to $100 and I didn’t tip a SINGLE dollar, I felt bad but who the heck am I gonna tip and for what? Ridiculous service! Would never go there again!
