The food was very good, freshly made, my sandwiches were hot and so were my fries, the bad thing was that I had to wait around 6 minutes, it was busy yes, but I think waiting 6 minutes is a long time, the service was pretty good, the ladies who know how to serve are quite friendly and always answer any questions.

I was at this place on Saturday night around 10:30 p.m. I really got good food and service. The cashier was very friendly and attentive. She offered me different types of sauces and was very helpful when asking if everything was okay with my order. It's Burger King, you know, and it's not my favorite place, but they do their job. I would definitely go back.

Horrible experience, I am Hispanic and bilingual. The person taking my order in drive thru was inpatient and rude, when I went to the 1st window to pay, I was overcharged, my order was incorrect, when I got to the 2nd window i asked who took my order, there were 2 females with headset, one with glasses, one without, the one without said it was her and I asked why she messed up my order, she rolled her eyes and called me ridiculous. Time was around 6:25pm August 5th. I am an ICE officer and will gladly be coming back while on duty.

Sometimes the tables are left a bit dirty, but overall it’s a clean and well managed branch. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is served hot and without long waits.

That being said, staff is ok, all young, and usually don't speak much English. I'd say every 1/10 orders something will be missing or wrong. The food is usually up to Burger King standards.
Last time they forgot cheese on my double whopper, I tried calling the number on my receipt twice when I got home, but it rang and rang until some random verizon voicemail message came on and I couldn't leave a message.
Always check you order before you leave.
Updated 7/24/25. I ordered a double whopper, they gave me a whopper.. didn't check my order.. I mean I did, but I didn't UNWRAP my sandwich before I drove home.

I always enjoy going to BK after my Saturday long run. A big Whopper really satisfies and it's good value for the size of the burger. Service here is friendly and professional, and the restaurant is clean.
Service was horrible not only did they get my order wrong. I asked for two large meals. They gave me one large meal one medium meal and then up charge me two dollars on a different transaction cause I told them I needed both mails large. They charge me an extra two dollars for a breakfast item that had nothing to do with an up charge, which was well over what it should’ve been not only did they do all of that. There was hair in my food. My bun was wet, utter disaster. Upon trying to call the store to let them know, I need my mail replaced or fixed because the hair in the food. The store does not have a phone or a working phone because when you call it, it dials and then hangs up immediately.
