We ordered food through the door dash, and the dr pepper we ordered tasted like listerine. Tried to call here to get an explanation. No one is taking the call. How can a drink taste like a listerine? Very disappointed with how you guys manage food quality, or maybe it's an intentional food poisoning by a pyscho employee? Never ordering food from here.

The lady at the counter was nice when getting my order ready. There was another lady cleaning the bathrooms that was very rude though. I don't know why she was so hasty about cleaning even with someone still in the bathrooms, at least give me a minute to get out of your way...

Went there for breakfast this morning and it was perfect! The restaurant was spotlessly clean. The woman at the front counter was nice, and my food was hot and delicious. I’ll be coming back here regularly from now on.

Food was freshly prepared. Burgers hot and fresh lettuce fresh cool and crunchy, the onions and pickles were present and identifiable as was the sauce. The French fries good and hot.

I placed my drive thru order online, I was there for 35 minutes and food was not prepared. Always understaffed, employees are not respectful at all. To add cherry on the top, they do not have Ranch at all.

I live 1 minute away from this location and every time I go here the drive-thru line is too long and the service is so slow. I had to wait 15 mins in the drive-thru line just for 1 whopper. Can someone tell me why?!?

The drive through menu was showing breakfast items, it was 10:57am Saturday 7/20. The person was rude, uncourteous, didn't care. Drove down the street to McDonald's, they served Bagel breakfast sandwich. I wasn't to support BK for their Impossible Burger, but they need to improve employee training and oversight.
