I had to wait 15 minutes for my order in a supposedly "fast food" chain as I watched three people after me got their orders. I had to complain to three different people including the manager and instead of apologizing, they said they were working on it. The manager did not even offer to make up for it until I had to specifically comment to her, "You are not even going to offer me anything for this delay?" She then gave up with an attitude and said she'll thrown in a free dessert. Seriously, any good manager would have refunded my money and still given the food for free for such mistakes. She also confirmed they cook the veggie burger on the meat grill. I declined the burger for that reason. How can you claim to be a veggie burger if you are cooking it on top of meat? I certainly will not be returning to this location.

Messed our order up 3 times. Argued with us about our order. Gave us someone else's order, took it back to give back to them. Waited in the drive through for 10 - 15 minutes. Got our order somewhat right but still wrong.

Last 3 times I've come here they have problems communicating with me. Today I was asked 3 times for my order and when I got up to the window the woman said she didn't have my order. I had to repeat in 3 more times!When I asked her if she understood me she said no. Then I asked how she was going to take my order. She left the window and starting speaking to a coworker in Spanish. Eventually somehow I got my food. This is crazy.

The employees are not organized, they don't know what it means to work in the kitchen, now I went to get an order, I had to wait 30 minutes, it's too long because they are supposed to be fast food...!!!!

I placed an order for delivery and they did not give me a complete order, plus one calls all the numbers that appear both on their receipt and on their page and they tell you that all the numbers are incorrect, very bad, their terrible service

Terrible I was the second car in line at the drive thru took 25min until I got my order very poor service and they also forgot some items in my bag . And they weren't even busy

Did not know it was possible to sit in a FAST food drive thru for 40 minutes until tonight. I would say it’s embarrassing for the restaurant but that would imply the people there care and / or are aware it’s an issue. Absolutely

This Burger King has really gone downhill since I came here in 2018. The service is absolutely ridiculous. I asked for no onions in my burger, and they still gave me onions. Also, they got upset when I asked for diet coke, and said that they only had regular coke. It was really hard to enjoy the burger with the strong raw onions in your mouth. I thought Burger King was supposed to be a "have it your way" fast-food chain, but apparently that wasn't the case. I went through the drive-thru and found no dipping sauce with my fries, which was disappointing.After arguing with the rude cashier about the coke, I went in to check my order, and was shocked at how dead it was, with a couple of homeless individuals. I have no issue with homeless people dining in a restaurant, but there should definitely be more staffing at the cashier for safety reasons. The atmosphere was also pretty dull and dead.I am pretty disappointed with this location, overall.

Not sure what this location is trying tk pull, but when you visit the Burger King website and it shows $1.29 for an 8 piece nugget and your trying to pass it off for $4.29, that's a problem. Really trying rip off customers that only order those sub-par nuggets because they are cheap and not at all worth a price hike.

If you want trash served by trash this is the spot for you. I tried to redeem my points and they hustled me and wouldn’t honor bk’s rewards and refused any reasoning. Telling me they would refund me and straight up lied. What’s worse is bk customer service, it’s all trash ?️
